“Tucked away in a strip-building type area across from the hospital in Foley...this place is friendly AND knowledgeable. Not to mention the prices are extremely competitive. This is an independently owned pharmacy with a healthy approach to medicine. They also carry a lot of top-notch, proven to perform supplements. Grab a cup of Fairhope coffee if by some chance you've got to wait for your prescriptions.”

“I just met these folks, they are all super nice. I was so stressed out trying to get my medicine filled today, my normal pharmacy was out. I called 4 different pharmacies to try to get it moved, and they were ALL rude except for Island Drug. “This Grocery Chain is fantastic! I live in Memphis and only have Kroger grocery stores. They are the worst. Publix is so well organized well kept and CLEAN! The employees take pride in their jobs and their store. I will always shop at Publix where I can find onePublix please, please come to Memphis and open 2 to 3 stores. You will run Kroger out of business and out of town!!!!”

It's never a dull moment, and I always get a laugh in with whoever helps me.”

“Honestly don't leave too many reviews, but there's a lot of negative reviews here and I routinely shop here and haven't had any issues and feel the need to balance it out. No drive through is about the only real negative thing I can say.”

Sure, you might have to wait in a long line, but its because they are busy, not because they are messing around. Been coming here for 10+ years with minimal issues, other than 3 hour wait very few times.”
