Had this awful mail lady that kept leaving my mailbox open after delivering mail. After reporting her the guy on the phone said he would talk to her. Next day the flag was off the box and on the ground. Called and reported it, they proceed to ask if I have proof. Other than me reporting it and the flag on the ground the next day no. I picked up what I could of the flag and put it in the box. All she had to do was put it back up. She then proceeded to pile mail on top of it. So I let the mail pile up.They changed her out 4 months later. Now the other one mad at me. I don't know if you are going to be as childish and rude as the last. Plus I don't check it often mostly forgot but still, close the box, more helpful it was put in the condition when I originally moved here. Update: June 22, 2024 I have 2 small packages arriving today and I still did not get them even though I marked them as deliver at door. They fumbled around with the mailbox and marked it as delivered at or in mailbox. Went there and nothing was in there. I guess childish behavior it is. I will report back daily on this service since it seems to be a continuing issue. Today is 7/01/24 I had 2 bank cards that were suppose to come to my box and neither arrived but yet junk mail seemed to have make it. I wonder if they understand what a job is.

Not sure what the gentleman's name is that was there today during lunch hour, but he was extremely rude. I had to pick-up a package that I needed to sign for. When I told him this, instead of politely asking me what my name was, he shrugs his shoulders and says, "uh, name?" Like I'm terribly inconveniencing him or something. This man is probably tenured here and nothing will ever be done about his attitude, but this is unacceptable!

If i could give 0 stars i would. They lose packages or put them in other mail boxes. Managment is horrible and they all have the "im never wrong" mentality.

We have been moved here for all of 6 months, for some reason our mailbox was on the side street and if mail was too big for the mailbox was just placed on the side steps rain or shine not to mention I've noticed a guy riding an orange bike waiting with a box cutter and black duffel bag. This weekend we moved our mailbox to the correct street and added security cameras...a lockable mailbox at that and removed our old mailbox since we have had stuff stolen and our mail was still left out today on the side steps in the open even though we clearly have a new mailbox on the correct street and a big front porch out of sight and out of the weather. At this point I feel it is correct to assume that y'all are incompetent, lazy and in cahoots with the theif.

You would think that our postal service started riding ponies again to deliver our mail. They have should a laid back job that there is no way they would speed up their pace to accommodate the public. Heaven forbid they smile or be nice or even volunteer helpful information. Not good work ethics at all. None.
