The afternoon employees are stupid and lack knowledge. How the hell do they tell customers that this is removed by hand, that's why they make a tool. They told 2 customers the same thing. I had to go in person to buy the tool.

CAM was an amazing help. Car lost a caliper bolt, and he sat and waited for the tow truck with us and helped us get everything back together. Would've been a way worse experience without his help! Get this man a raise and give him a tip if you see him ????

Cam is a LIFE SAVER!!! Our brake caliper came loose and we got towed here spontaneously and he got straight to work!!! Brakes like a charm now, we owe him big time!!!!
