I very recently made the switch from having my vehicle maintained at Bondy’s Ford in Dothan to Jim Cook Ford in Elba. I wish someone had told me sooner how great the team at Jim Cook was!
Andrew and his team in the service department are all about quality! I also love that it’s a small shop in a small town, which makes the experience more personable and pleasant.
If you live within two hours of this place, it’s worth the drive to have your Ford serviced here!

Don’t recommend. They seemingly don’t care to truly inspect the vehicles they sell or keep them in good shape as they sit on the lot.. learned my lesson thanks to these folks

If you want an honest dealer ask to speak with Cade. He made the process quick and painless. As for their finance department, I would suggest that you find your loan prior to looking for a vehicle. I made sure that I checked my credit prior to going to the dealership ( great credit mind you) I just knew that I wouldn't have any issues. To my surprise, during the financial process I was told that she could only find one bank that would finance loan which was Ally Bank at 9.79% for 80 months she also told me that she coul not find anyone who would finance me for 60 monthswhich is the norm. I thought to myself that she's got to be kidding me. Only one bank I asked. She said yes. I politely pulled out my phone and proceeded to log on to my USAA account. Needless to say my loan was financed for 6.4% for 60 months. Someone needs to look into her practices. Needless to say how many unsuspecting victims have been through office. Word of advice to all you single women out there, please do all of your research prior to making any large purchases. So sad, if it wasn't for Cade I would have given a rating of -10.

Wish zero star rating was an option…
Made appointment for routine service for 8:30 am. Dropped truck off shortly after 8:00 am and was told should be ready in about two hours. I asked if ‘The Works’ package was available for 70 something dollars (oil change and tire rotation). Was told yes.
I called two and a half hours later to see if truck was done. Was told not started on it yet due to a previous car taking longer. I completely understand that part but a phone call telling me estimated completion time no longer feasible would have been nice.
Around lunch I was called and told truck ready. When I went to pay, was charged almost $140. I questioned this and was told that charges accurate.
To add injury to insult, on Ford App, dealer entered that I was only charge 70 something dollars.
I’ll gladly be taken my truck anywhere else from now on for my service needs.

I can’t say enough good things about the service center here. While travelling from Florida back home to Georgia, my 2013 Ford Edge started having issues. They immediately got their senior tech, Andrew, to look at my vehicle. Andrew was amazing. He kept me informed on what the issue may be, managed my expectations, and methodically worked through every possibility. After a few hours, he had me back on the road to Georgia. Everyone at the dealership was extremely hospitable and made sure our wait was pleasant. I would highly recommend using this dealership to work on your car. I only wish I lived closer because they would be my go to mechanic shop!
