A shop you can trust!Jeep wrangler 3.6lAfter spending several weeks dealing with the dealership (auto nation) for a diagnosis for a misfire they found worn lobes on my camshaft and recommend new camshafts rockers and lifters… i approved them to complete the workUpon completion of the job several thousand dollars spent, I picked up my jeep .. drove back and forth from work and had a check engine light on… I pulled the code and a found the o2 sensor had stopped working.. after a visual I noticed fresh motor oil leaking down the backside of the engine onto my exhaust/cat/02 sensor..I called auto nation back and let them k ow I had a leak and believed the valve cover was leaking.. they set an appointment and had me bring it back …They advised me the jeep wasn’t leaking oil that it must be an old leak that is no longer active.. they charged me another diagnostic fee.. I advised the service rep I was going to take it to another shop to verify as I didn’t trust what was being said as you can clearly see fresh oil dripping..photos reviled the dealership just put new rtv sealant on top of the old stuff and didn’t even remove it, they didn’t clean the mating surfaces when putting the valve covers back on, they didn’t replace the gasket that they charged me for, they crushed the pcv valve gasket and they completely left a bolt off the intake ..you will see in photos the shabby job the dealer did putting back together, and I included a photo from dads of what it should have looked all cleaned up..That’s where DADS came to save my day….Destin was able to get my jeep in right away and quickly get to the repair.. he took photos of the tear down along the way to show me the condition the dealer left my jeep… valve cover gaskets are a 6-8hr job on the jeep and he quickly got it back up running… very reasonable prices and won’t charge you for unnecessary parts… keeps you well informed throughout the repair… Destin thank you so much for getting me in and taken care of so quickly with quality work..Photos attached show shabby work from dealer, what a new gasket should look like, and what a clean mating surface looks like

Absolutely the worst experience in my life!.My husband and I had two vehicle serviced on our van and our 2009chevy Tahoe. so to start our van needed a replacement fan for under the engine compartment. the owner serviced the fan which held up fine and later stopped working. between that time we got our Chevy Tahoe serviced with him for over a week time span. We received the truck back and in exactly 2 days later the ENGINE started smelling of smoke and the engine completely gave out while I was driving!. leaving me on the interstate at midnight of course my first though was to call AAA and as well as the owner of the place that serviced my car. the phone call received back was udder rudeness non-competent that I spend over 500$ . I’m out of a car for well over 5 days had to rent a car to be able to get to work the aggressiveness of the owner reaction after I trusted them . As well as him stating “I only touched what u ask” “he doesn’t feel comfortable even looking at what he did” lasso stated “ he watch his workers performed the repair “ which let me know he did not service my vehicle” there was no apologies or customer service he literally went back and forth with my husband raising his voice I was appalled ? would give 0 ZERO stars if I could I would not recommend this “mom and pops” shop to my worst enemy this place has gone completely down men standing around and the owner sitting around ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Im not from Mobile I called alot of auto shops in the area over half dont even answer their phones just leave rude call back instructions, I claim across Dads auto repair on line after talking to Destin I had my truck towed to his shop for a engine swap he located a low mileage motor and installed it not issues or problems at a good fare price I highly recommend this shop
