“I recently transferred to Ramon Glenn. I shopped around with a few different agencies. I had been with Farmers for over a decade. The prices at Farmers kept going up with little regard that I had multiple properties with them. The customer service was lacking as well. I couldn’t be happier with the change. The customer service was a huge factor, but the cost savings was the most important thing for me. We all feel like insurance is a racket, but it’s a necessary evil in today’s world. At least it’s a pleasant conversation when I have to deal with an issue or have something else quoted. They were able to cover my vehicle as well and saved me a few dollars on it too.”
