Very good experience, I went to building C appointment was @7:00 am get me a door 6:15 am. Nothing but complements for this building and my personal experience. I was out in 35 minutes.

I work for Averitt Express. Madix is a daily stop for me every day. Everyone that works in the ltl shipping department is absolutely wonderful. Not only are they extremely friendly they are very helpful in getting my shipments ready every day.

Not easy go get to. I was there for over 4 hours to get 10 skids. When I said something they told me I was an hour late (I wasnt), then I asked how long is it gonna be I'm gonna run out of hours the lady responded "45 minutes", so why does it matter if I was an hour late of the load isn't ready. She offered for me to sleep in the parking lot over night and I said I can't I don't have a bed (day cab) and she said "well.... your boss should buy you a bed and closed the window. If I ever go back it'll be to soon.

Old lady in shipping office has attitude issue. She needs retirement. All reviews are legit. 1 star is way to much for them. DRIVERS SAY NO TO THIS LOAD. If you want to put sleep or waste you time you are most welcome here. Stop picking there load they must know WHY TRUCK DRIVERS ARE ESSENTIAL.
