I was recently in this store and had an issue with a digital coupon not coming off, even though I had the required items and amount needed. It was clipped in my account and the register took my number, but it didn’t give the discount. Brittany and Ricky went out of their way to make sure everything rang up correctly and I got the discount. They were so patient and helpful! If it was a small coupon I wouldn’t have worried about it, but it was the $10.00 off P&G items. They were both super friendly and I just wanted to recognize their willingness to help.

Nothing seems to be priced correctly, and the cashiers say that they can't override the prices. I understand that inflation has happened, but I don't think it's okay to leave the lower price on the products and then not honor them. The cashiers were very polite about it, but the management really needs to make sure that prices have been updated.

I live near here at Lake Martin year round and visit this Dollar General as well as the one on Kowaliga Rd. I have never had an associate be anything but friendly and helpful until today, 9/04/2023 at 3 pm. I tried to speak to the cashier on duty and he was too busy with earbuds listening to music and texting to acknowledge me. I found what I needed myself, used self checkout. Associate: Young, tall, red/blonde hair.
