I love this place! Great instructors, very clean dojo and ran to a "T"! The instructors care about thier students and go through every step, rank, and belt with them! The education that is taught here, is where every child should be taught to become great!

My overlook which is not to many times because of work but I would recommend this place to anyone I may not be able to be there all the time but I have seen the discipline taught carried over into my home many many times. My child is always excited to go always asking what time its and can we leave to go to Karate. Keep up the good work we as parents appreciate you!

Awesome instructors! Feels like being in an extended family. The training is thorough and detailed but presented in ways that make learning enjoyable. Would recommend InnerFit to everyone—young, middle-aged, older—that wants to better themselves physically and/or emotionally.
