I don’t really have any objections with the trailers that this company produces, they are well enough made. My issue has constantly been with the ridiculousness of the shipping and handling when ordering parts from them. For example, I ordered a $15 spring eye bushing and was charged $26.69 for shipping and $10 for handling. This was a 3” long rubber bushing. It can’t cost $36.69 to ship a 3” bushing. One of a few examples of astronomical shipping I’ve run into that could improve my desire to own any more Econoline trailers.

Dont waste your free phone minutes to call them with any questions on parts they will just tell you to go to the website. When i told them the rims wont fit on the hubs I have they told me to just use a die grinder on the hubs to make them fit..

No pricing on web site, I guess I'm headed to pounders trailers in Florence, I know the price before buying. Plus their trailers are primed and painted not just painted. They also include 6 ply tires at no extra charge. Just saying, check em out.

There isn't a better trailer on the market in my opinion. These trailers have proven themselves for years. A name brand I stand behind.

BEWARE: This company is putting fake reviews online after I exposed the truth about their junk. Buying a trailer from this company was the worst decision I made in 2016. I don't normally write online reviews, but I couldn't let these people get away with it. I ordered a 40' 10 ton gooseneck from them and chose many upgrades, including winch plate, tool boxes, platform on top of gooseneck, etc.. When I picked the trailer up, the coupler pin was missing. This 40 foot long and 20,000 GVWR trailer also only has 1 single 12k jack. I have 6 other goosenecks from Big Tex and Kaufman and even my 14k GWVR have dual jacks. Not only was it almost impossible to lift the trailer off the truck with anything more than 1000 pounds, the jack also seized when I forced it to raise the trailer with 3000 lb on it. Lastly, after picking the trailer up and pulling it for 50 miles, one of the wheels came off. That's right, I lost a wheel at 60 mph on a brand new trailer because the manufacturer didn't torque all the lug nuts. Luckily, no one was injured and the wheel/tire combo came to a stop on the road shoulder. It damaged the wheel and hub assembly, requiring a tow to a repair shop. Lastly, I have to pay an electrician to go through the trailer because there must a short somewhere in the wiring because it keeps blowing fuses in my new Silverado. I know it's this trailer because this issue doesn't happen with any other of my trailers. I contacted the manufacturer and they were no help. Quite rude actually after I asked for them to cover the cost of the repairs. Horrible customer service when it was clearly their fault. They were extremely friendly while I was a prospective customer, but became jerks after they sold me a faulty product. It's a shame to see an American company not stand behind their work. To recap, these are the issues I had with it: 1. No coupler pin upon pick up of a brand new custom trailer. 2. One useless jack for something this size. 3. Lost a wheel because they did not torque them and had to replace the tandem wheels + hub assembly 4. There is a problem in the wiring which will require a specialist to locate. 5. Manufacturer refused to honor any kind of repairs on their POS product. I decided to try Econo line trailers after my local dealer persuaded me into thinking they would deliver higher quality than other manufacturers at a slightly lower price (I paid $12,995 for this junk). I sure regret having listened to them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. There are many reputable trailer manufacturers who will stand behind the quality their work - this is not one of them. If you are looking for a trailer, stay with the biggest names in the industry with a proven track record. You'll have a lot less headache in the long run.

Travel to Wisconsin empty gooseneck tilted jaring my brains out. It like riding on a hayrack in a hay field full of gopher mounds! Really wish I had not purchased this !

Love my trailer. Bought it used, replaced wheel bearings and put new tires on it. Not a fan of multi max suspension but will put their regular axles on it soon. 1999 backhoe pro, older than my son and still pulling strong!
