We loved our experience here! We ordered a living room set here last Friday, and Ms. Dana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and was able to answer all our questions. We always assumed WRC only had used furniture, but they have new,great quality pieces for amazing prices! And they offer delivery services AND removal of existing furniture to the road! 10/10, would come here again!

Don't know how it got to be that I recommend, because I would not recommend because of their contractor services (only one they claim in this region to perform warranty issues). Actually it's not the warranty that's the issue, it's the contractor to perform warranty issues. WRC isn't trying to keep a happy customer, they are trying to keep a contractor happy, to believe what he said happened over what both my husband and I both experienced. What a shame. Until this happened I was recommending WRC. Now I have 4 warranty issues. Salesperson said I really have a null and void warranty because we wouldn't accept a staple gun repair!!! I paid $2,598.00 for 2 pieces of Ashley Signature Design Hallstrung reclining sofa and loveseat. So beware of problems with this suit.
