The Pharmacist at this Walmart deleted my prescription out of the computer. They then had the nerve, on a Saturday, to tell me to try to get my doctor who doesn't work weekends to call in another prescription! If this was a simple prescription, no biggie but this is a prescription for my anxiety and not just any ole joe can call it in. I will now be forced to be without my medication for an entire weekend, lose a day of work, travel 52.6 miles to my doctor to get another prescription and hope they don't give me a hard time because what pharmacist deletes prescriptions from a patient file? On top of that the csr are giving me silly responses like "someone will contact you in 3 business days" "there is nothing we can do" How about you reimburse me for the drama you have just created in my world in addition to my day's salary and fuel cost! They were rude and unhelpful! Saying "oops"! They have obviously never suffered from anxiety issues! This is not something that an "oops" will make go away especially when I have to go over and beyond to fix a mistake created by their pharmacist! It doubly sucks because I just started using them after 15 years. Now I recall why I stayed away from those people. They will hire anyone!!! What pharmacist decides which medications they will fill that a doctor sent over? Where do these people come from? Who trained them? I am livid! Vibrating with anger!!! Update: @ 9:20 Eric Short of Walmart Health and Marketing called me to tell me that the meds that I am taking is not used for anxiety (lie number 1) and that the only thing he can offer is an apology and then hung up in my face when I said that I wanted to record the conversation and wanted to know where he got is Doctorate in Meds from. WOW!!!!! Calling my attorney first thing Monday Morning.

Lady named DAVIE was very rude, and surprisingly never asked for a form of ID when living picking up narcotics.

I work in retail so I try to be patient but the girl couldnt do my drop off for talking to another employee about something that could have waited. Was told less than an hour. 2.5 hours later still didnt have it ready. Had to wait about 10 min to have them fill it and this was a prescription for my Fathers pain pills after surgery not just some random RX I needed. And not even a sorry for your wait or anything ! I do not normally fill here and would not in the future.

They are completely unorganized. Promise times are always way off, they seem really confused most of the time and it's really aggravating having to go back and forth. Get your stuff together guys.

Went in there on a Saturday (9/29/18) and when I got to the register they pulled the roll down blind and said they were closing from 1:30 - 2:00. ON A SATURDAY?

My doctor called in meds she wanted me to take immediately and 5 hours later I'm getting attitude from KIM because she claims they got my prescription at 5:30 when I was told AT 12:00 it'd only be another 30 minutes. Thank you to Ms. Taylor and her terrible attitude for making up my mind to go to another pharmacy.
