Kyle in the Pharmacy went the extra, extra mile to find the medication my Dad needed especially when he could have been getting ready to go home on a Friday evening. He could have just said, "Sorry, we don't have what you need. Try somewhere else." Instead, he called every where to find the correct dosage. AND I MEAN EVERYWHERE. He, then called the UAB ER doctor to see if he could prescribe an alternative dosage. As he patiently waited for the call to be returned, he assisted other customers with grace. We got the call back with the results my Dad needed (God is good!)! Kyle and his crew put the prescription together and sent me on my merry way! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my Dad's needs. In a time of short staffed business, short-fused customers, long hours, and very needy people, Kyle and the staff at 231 Montgomery Highway Walgreens pushed through with kindness and patience.

The pharmacist, Kyle ?, is the most rude individual I have ever came in contact with. The store manager, John, must be afraid of him because he lets him talk to people crazy. I just got off the phone with corporate and told them the same thing, but if you just go stand in line and listen how he talks to EVERY customer, you would be shocked. Like this guy is so rude, you just know he talks to his own mother that way. And lord help if he has a spouse.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I get emails saying my meds are ready...go there. no one knows anything and NOPE not ready. This has been happening for about 6 months now. IM Constantly OUT of my meds. PHARMACY SAYs If I'm not happy, Go somewhere else. ok no problemHORRIBLE

Really hope you don't have to call this walgreens because you'll be on hold for an hour just for them to hang up on you. I'm on my fourth hold today because I cannot get in touch with ANYONE. The phone has been picked up 3 times to tell me to hold even longer. Awful customer service.

This store cares absolutely NOTHING about it's customers. Makes people wait almost an hour for a flu shot. And,no they were NOT taking care of other customers. Rude and uncaring.

Pharmacy gave me the wrong prescription for my daughter with the right prescription label on the bag I went back they gave me the right prescription but didn’t mix it..they have me a bottle of powder when it was supposed to be liquid ??

I would not recommend doing your PCR lab test here.1. The woman administering the test at the window on 3 Feb 2022, at 9:45 A.M. .........a. did not ask for any identificationb. She did not give us any receiptc. the test was inconclusive, because there was something "wrong"with the test tube. Therefore, my wife missed her flight, being thatit was for travel.

Went in to purchase a few items when I was on my work trip, while at the cashier, I asked for some quarters. Two cashiers was really rude to me, stating its against policy to exchange money. I had to get a manger involved, just to sue $4.00 worth of quarters to do laundry at my hotel room. Normally, I don't leave bad ratings, but this was a horrible experience at a Walgreens. I hope they fix this.
