Stephanie the store manger is a very ill-bred unprofessional hood rat. Her attitude is nasty uncaring and she act so deranged its frighten and that shows why her pharmacy tech act the way they do as well.I also recorded the full conversation so this hood rat can't say it isn't true!She refuse to fill my aunt prescription because, I filed a complaint on this same, Walgreens 4030 West Main Street Dothan, Alabama 36305 in November 26, 2023 for the same behavior. These type of people shouldn't be allow to hand out medication to anyone. They gave my aunt the wrong medication and the second time a repeat of such unskilled behavior rather then try to fits the problem they get mad and try to hurt people by not giving them their medication.I advised anyone and everyone who's had a problem with these people to report them to the, Attorney General Office and Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau.

Let me preface...the Front end personnel are Always a delight and helpful. Love them!! Now!! I recently had major surgery and after a 2 week hospitalization was discharged home, yes! It was on a Thursday and the hospalist had given me 3 days medication. Contacted my regular physician and he took care of my new rx. I received an alert that the meds were on backorder (big surprise ?) The next day I received the alert two meds were ready for pickup. I contacted the store and spoke to, Dennis, which informed me that my main medication wouldn't be in until November 2024! At which time I asked why wasn't my physician notified? To which I received the same old reply "Short staffed!" Now, during my hospitalization I received a personal call from Dennis to inform me of the store hours changing. ? But, a simple notification to the MD or the patient is not appropriate?? I asked him what was their plan for patients needing there medication? He replied I don't know!" DUHHHH! I told him that now I am being forced to suffer unnecessarily because they dropped the ball, to which he replied "Oh, well!" I lost it. I am a member of the medical community and my husband was a physician. I Personally Know that pharmacists spend entirely Too much time contacting attempting to "educate" them on the Physicians plan of care and how they should adjust this or that, etc...But! They don't care about their patients enough to Do Their Actual Job and keep the physicians and patients updated. Unprofessional! Untrained! Non-empathetic! Poor customer service!!

Met the manager by asking were to find something. Cher Fagan was very courteous and I was able to find my items quickly and checkout was fast. I've been doing business with all of the Walgreens in Alabama since 1997. Thank you for everything you do. May the good Lord bless you and yours always

This store is lazy and unprofessional. For at least 4 months now I’ve been without a prescription. I’ve patiently waited and every time I call for a status update I’m given the same excuse: “I don’t know when we will have it in stock again.” I’m a recently separated Army veteran and the medication I need is for my mental health and is why I was separated from the military due to mental health challenges. This store is failing the community and the service members of the community. I came to the point where I stopped calling and continue requesting a refill through the mobile app and over and over they keep rejecting my request. Corporate needs to get involved with this store. I don’t know isn’t cutting it for me anymore. I don’t know why you work there is what I should say based on the service I have received. After this long incident, I’ll never do business here again because I can’t count on this store to fix themselves and figure out their major malfunction. Yours truly,SGT Farrar/ Veteran US Army

Have gone here for all my COVID tests and the pharmacy staff has always been very sweet and helpful. Even on busier days, the service has been great for me.

I had 5x7 cards printed here that were cut in all different sizes and shapes when I came to pick them up. Selah (spelling?) was very nice and offered to reprint and cut them correctly for me. Then I was given a discount for the trouble ans having to come back again for pickup. Great customer service making a wrong right!

My wife, children, and I just finished picking up my medicine and a few things from Walgreens. Even though I am a disabled veteran and I get VA healthcare they're still co-pays for medicines and they add up a lot of times. So my wife and I scrounged all the money we had to be able to pick that up and two rolls of toilet paper. What are you doing without a vehicle for a couple months now so we're a few days away from taxes which means we'll be able to purchase another vehicle but for right now we have been walking from our house which isn't that far from Walgreens to pick up whatever we need and then walking back and sometimes that means walking up there at different times in the day whenever the medicine is ready or whenever we need to buy food or whatever we need and it also means walking down the highway with my kids which is sometimes embarrassing having to walk with bags of groceries and everything else with my wife and kids walking beside the road but ever since we moved here people have always just went out of their way to help us and treat us like decent human beings tonight like I said we were scrounging up enough money to be able to purchase medicine and some toilet tissue and Miss Stacy who works in the pharmacy without even talking to me or saying anything she not only purchased the medicine and paid the copay but she also paid for everything else we had to pick up from there tonight. I just want everyone to know that she was a blessing even though I didn't expect it and I tried to hide the fact that we were having trouble paying she was able to look and see that there was a need and without a word she took care of it. She'll never know how much that meant to us. Because a lot of times people only think that only family or close friends. Are people that you can depend on but a lot of times is the kindness of strangers and the Good deeds they do that go unnoticed that goes way beyond the price because even though they lifted their financial burden they also make you believe in people again. Without us having to say a word she saw the need and reach down deep into our souls doing more than lifting the financial burden she means to lift our spirits and our heart it means more than you ever know thank you Mrs. Stacy. From the bottom of our hearts.

The pharmacy management and Walgreen's systems are absolutely terrible. Every single month, I have to go several days without my medication because they do not stock it. And I have to call and remind them to fill it because their system cannot keep track of my refills, or even tell me the status until the day after I pick it up. The employees appear to be overwhelmed and understaffed. The management as well as the trainwreck that is their computer system are causing me to switch to another pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy and customer service ever. Called around 11 am this morning regarding my prescription, spoke to them again around 3 pm and they didn’t have it ready, showed up at 5:15 pm and they hadn’t even started filling the prescription. It is now after 6 pm and I am still without the prescription. There is another customer who has been here waiting for over 30 minutes and he is extremely aggravated as well. I will NOT be back. I have never been around so many incompetent employees. Misspelled my name after I spelled it for them 5 times… entered my phone number in wrong even though I told them the number multiple times. Thank goodness for a girl named Sarah; she was the only person who has a clue what was going on.

I have yet to have good service from this pharmacy. More than once have my drugs been wrong or not ready and unavailable until the next day.

I love it it's a good store
