Don’t try to pickup anything at all, they are apparently always out of literally every medication I send to their pharmacy. I think they may as well close this location honestly. It’s a waste of a pharmacy and nothing more than a convenience store at this point. I’m so pissed by the fact yall probably have it and you just cancel my prescriptions because I call them in the day they’re do for refill because I’m adhd and extremely on time with everything I do. Sincerely f Walgreens I’ll never be back.

Absolutely incompetent.The staff is poorly trained and management is completely unprofessional. I have given them many opportunities because I live so close to them but not anymore. I am over it. I'll travel to another city before I go back to them.

Just came in to fill post surgery pain medications, they are saying it will be nearly an hour and a half before it is filled. Counter help has gruff uncaring attitude towards the pain.

Pharmacy continually screws up. Will let a prescription sit for a week. You go to check on it, will tell you it's not ready. You get down the road, they text you it's ready. You go back, it's not really. If something can go wrong here, it will. The bottom line, they input everything like AI. There's no human thought. So if anything doesn't fit into a perfect category, it doesn't get some correctly.

They continually mess up orders. If the doctor sends over a revised order, they will fill the old one. You can ask for something over and over—for example—don’t put a certain RX on auto refill, and yet it will be continuously refilled, while the one you asked 3 times to be put on the auto refill list never is. I like the convenience of Walgreens, but I’ve never seen a local pharmacy so consistently screw things up. Count on at least two trips to get it right.

Literally the worst pharmacy ive ever been too. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time i go back im disappointed. This is unacceptable. Do not get your perscriptions filled here. Its a watse of time. Youll be waiting 2 days to get a measly 10 pill perscription. No matter what its always something with this pharmacy. Not to mention the employees are rude and are very unproffesional. Never have i ever been to a pharmacy so unorganized and unproffesional. Walgreens DO BETTER!

Website states pharmacy is open Saturday and Sunday. I even called before I go and the store employee told me the pharmacy WAS opened. Get there and go through the drive thru and there is a big sign in the window saying the pharmacy is closed.

Drove from Ashford to pick up meds and was car #2 at pick-up window at 5:57pm on Saturday 8/20/2022. Car in front of me pulls off and I pull up to window and worker pulled the shade down. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AT THIS LOCATION.

The pharmacy techs aren’t very friendly. They didn’t even offer for me to buy a pill cutter and the tablets I got for my 1 year old aren’t scored. Usually they give us unflavored antibiotics unless I ask. I wish they would tell parents they don’t come flavored so we didn’t have to play a guessing game. I had to drive back up here multiple times due to this to get the antibiotics flavored. Need better customer service training.
