I have continuously requested that my packages be discreetly left behind the wall on my front porch and the drivers continue to leave them right in front of my door which is easily accessible to a package thief.

Never seen so many incompetent people. Drivers marks " sorry we missed you" without ever showing up. Dispatch falsified return calls. Customer service has to track them down after I go through multiple people. Needs new management and new drivers. Highly recommend anyone else but UPS. A horse and buggy? A carrier pigeon? Who to blame- the location? Or does it start at the corporate location?

Stupid business hours and stupid delivery service. They caused my package to be delivered late, they just had it sitting at the facility for an entire day and then they are only open from 3pm-6pm Monday thru Friday. And according to the representative I spoke with they don’t even allow you to go pick up the package that they are holding hostage.

Left an empty envelope missing my tools on my porch... Brilliant. I'm sure the flat envelope weighs the marked 2 lbs.... no way to follow up on the weekend either. Judging by the sarcastic response from ups, to Mrs smith's review, Im not holding my breath for a positive outcome in resolving this. I wish more of the population took pride in thier work and the job they do

I have a UPS LARGE drop box by my mail box. These morons pull all the way around to the back of my house, see my dog, and leave. They take my mail back WITH THEM. ? THEN I have to go to the store to PICK IT UP. The BOX has been there for TWO or THREE years. It seems like the Sunday driver is clueless. ?

Shipping Clerk Tim King is always friendy, professional, and extremely helpful!The packages that I ship are always delivered on the day they are expected to be and at a reasonable time.That is what you can expect each and every time from UPS and that is why they are the best company in the shipping business!

A package I expected to be delivered was lost and I called them. They said they would contact the driver and call me back within the hour. They never did. I had to open a claim. Wait 2 days and contact the seller. The seller refunded the order and the money was transferred back to me 7 days after the package was delivered to a wrong address. First time in 13 years UPS messed up. FedEx has done this 1/2 dozen times and USPS at least a dozen times in the same period. UPS is generally the most reliable carrier for me.

Update, my regular driver is making sure this doesn't happen again. Definitely was not him. Best delivery service again.First, when I get a package from a UPS brown truck or vehicle, best service ever. Always courteous and friendly. Of all the delivery services, UPS has been the bestUnfortunately, when they sub ship, individuals or companies, not so good.Today, I had a message that my package was delivered at 1:04 pm. I have 24/7 security recording from 2 separate systems. No vehicles near my house or 1/4 mile of road to my house. Filed claim and when I reported no video of vehicles, was told to talk to shipper.I am disappointed with UPS
