Didn't catch the guys name but his last name is Smith, but he was very kind, thorough and made it possible to drop a engine with no loading dock and was nice about it! Definitely needs a raise and recognition!

Twice I've ordered from Amazon and they used UPS to deliver to. Twice I've had problems with them saying my address was incorrect and packages couldn't be delivered! Twice I've called and complained! UPS is a joke!!!

I work at Dothan Glass Company and sent a piece of fine glass art to a customer in Pollock Pines, Ca. The package was wrapped all the way around with 2" thick styrofoam, wrapped in cardboard and lots of packing tape. It arrived broken. The customer threw the package into his recycling bin and told me about it the next day, when I immediately called UPS to get the ball rolling on the claim as I paid for insurance. The lady I talked to on the phone assured me that a UPS investigator would come to my company and inspect the materials I had on hand that showed what I had used to wrap the package with. THat did not happen. They LIED and just sent me an email telling me that I was not being reimbursed for their damages. They broke my art piece. They lied to me. They SUCK until they make this right!!
