I’ve had to drop returns off to this store twice in the past week. Employees have been friendly and super efficient. They had me all taken care of in no time!

Everyone was really nice and although there was a short line, the wait was very minimal. Everyone knew what they were doing.

The customer service is terrible. Lots of attitude plus huffing and puffing for having to do their job.
If you actually have to ship valuable objects and need to feel secure in the shipment's safe arrival, go to the other UPS Store on West Main or to FedEx.
Avoid this place unless you just need to drop off an Amazon return and it's convenient.

Regina was helpful and polite. She helped pack my return knowing I was at the wrong store! I did not even ask her to do it. She is a great employee!
