I cannot recommend Abby enough! She absolutely slayed my brows—like truly transformed them. I walked in with uneven, shapeless brows and walked out feeling like a new person. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and somehow knew exactly what shape would flatter my face. Not only is she insanely talented, but she’s also so sweet and easy to talk to. Excellent customer service!!! Store was clean and organized!! Even the clearance section was neat and organized AND PRICED CORRECTLY!! ☺️ Came from Panama City just to exchange a glass hello kitty q-tip jar that broke when I picked up my order in FL. I called the store and asked if they had them in stock and if I would be able to exchange the broken one!!! I am ecstatic about these ADORABLE GLASS JARS!! Ulta in Dothan is fiyah!! 5 stars in every category!!

It’s been YEARS since I’ve worn makeup let alone shopped for some. I had the pleasure of working with jasmine and I couldn’t have asked for better! She walked me through a bunch of options for everything I needed and went into great detail about every single item! If it wasn’t for her help I would have walked circles in the store lost and confused trying to decided what I needed. She also helped me get into some more skin care items I so desperately needed!! She was so patient with me and my daughter who was getting short on patience in her stroller😅 the items she helped me find, I’m so excited to use! She was amazing! Thank you, jasmine!!

The girl that waited on me was so sweet! I got this beautiful eye shadow palette by Morphe and love the colors in it. I also bought Redken shampoo and conditioner, primer spray for the face, and got a free bag with it that had clininque products in it. I love Ultra. They always have a great variety of products!
