I would never use them again I really had a bad experience i had a small dent and it became a total mess put the wrong paint on a brand new car then allowed it to get over Spay on it it's black then when I said I was not pleased they tried to buff it and nothing but Swirls in the Paint wouldn't do what the owner told me to tell them to do and wouldn't put me in touch with him Former Mayor Mike Schmitz he really needs to know how they are treating his costumer's at his businesses.

P A T H E T I C.. I have been operating successful business ventures for over 50 decades and have dealt with countless reputable and not-so-reputable businesses along the way. This place is the epitome of SUCK-stressful. They started by promising the dent on my Palasades to be completed in a week. In seven days is exactly when the BS began..7 times and seven lame-excuses later...it still wasn't ready as promised which amounted to EIGHT LAME-AS-CRAPOLA--AND AN ENTIRE ADDITIONAL FULL-WEEK-LATER-THAN PROMISED-EXCUSES IN ALL. "Yessir,,we'll have it ready by noon today"..."Oh nosir...it ain't ready yet " "yEssir..tomorra fa sure" "oh-nosir..it ain't ready yet..we're expectin' by later t'day tho." "Oh..nosir..it won't be ready today...we're expecin' by noon tomorra" "oh,,nosir" "Oh Nosir..." 'BY NOON TIME THO - FA SURE".. Oh. Nosir" "ya know- yours is not that only vehicle we got in here" "yessir, yessir.. we're workin' on it.. we'' have it tomorra" ""Oh..nosir..nosir.. it ain't ready yet BUT..." I have NEVER encountered the likes of such INCOMPETANCE in my entire life and if I could rate them a negative 5 stars that still wouldn't be close to THE NEGATIVE 10 STaRS THAT THEY DESERVE.

Sorry workmanship. Had to take my car back 3 times after they spent 10k on repairs. No eye for details. Left a set of vicegrips holding my hood down. Didn't fix visor. Replaced trim under door 3 times before it stuck. I don't know about the human race anymore.

My insurance company referred me here and I have had nothing but issues. Came to pick up my car and my bumper wasn't on evenly then I came back a second time after they said my car was ready and they forget to put my emblem on. They are fast but I can't say I'd take my car back after I had multiple scratches on my car that I know we're not there. They should take more pride in Costmer cars no matter if they are insurance claims are not. They don't even walk around the car with u after u pick it up or anything they jus threw me my keys and said it's on the side of the building. I experienced poor customer service

It took well over a month for my vehicle to be repaired, then they had the nerve to call a week later and say I owe more money after I already paid what they asked for. Why would you give me my vehicle if I still owe you money, These white owners give black people horrible service and overcharge US.. what is the purpose of having insurance when you have to pay 4000 dollars out of pocket, makes no sense,
