“My son's transmission went out the week before he turned 16 right after Christmas and before New Years. They quoted me a fair price and the speed of the service was exceptional. I picked the truck up on New Years Eve and had to go to work. I had a little problem with the starter and Mr. Harold and one of his mechanics drove to where I work in the rain that night and got me fixed. He told me to bring the truck in and have them check over it again since he did have to come on site. I haven't done that yet because of my work schedule but they are professional, timely, and I have no doubt if we do have any problems they will make it right.”

“I called them and asked if they could get a transmission . I was told they should be able to , and the fellow I spoke to , asked me several questions about the one that I have , such as if it's in the truck I said yes Sir . He then asked if could drive it I said yes sir , I don't remember all of the questions but he was really nice and polite really professional like . He did tell me that they wanted to check the transmission out for themselves to see what was going on with it . Wanted me to bring it to them that day but I couldn't I had other things going on .”
