“Howell Automotive is my new go to mechanic. My a/c went out on my 2017 Mitsubishi. I 1st went to Techway who wanted to charge me $2600.00 and I didn't know what to do! I started shopping around and found Howell's on Google. Called for a quote and Howells said they could do it for $1200! First when I brought my car for repair, they gave me ride home. (No one does that around here) 2nd they originally said it would take approx 3 days. They were done in half a day! 3rd the final cost was less than $1100! “I called them and asked if they could get a transmission . I was told they should be able to , and the fellow I spoke to , asked me several questions about the one that I have , such as if it's in the truck I said yes Sir . He then asked if could drive it I said yes sir , I don't remember all of the questions but he was really nice and polite really professional like . He did tell me that they wanted to check the transmission out for themselves to see what was going on with it . Wanted me to bring it to them that day but I couldn't I had other things going on .”

“If you go in there with the desire to get some work done give them the go ahead.... by time I got back home to relax I may of just stayed and waited. I saw the parts coming in as I was waiting for my ride, but I wasn't expecting them to jump on it and be done in about 3hrs... Oil change, rear brakes, rotors and shocks,, RR bushing. I would go back!!”

“My transmission went out on my truck, a friend recommended Dothan transmission and I am so glad they did. Mr. Zack rebuilt my transmission and the truck runs as if it were brand new, not to mention I had a noise coming from the truck that wasn’t related to any of the work he done and he was kind enough to fix that problem also. It’s hard finding reputable company nowadays so if you need any transmission work they are trustworthy and worth every penny!”
