Truck has a pulling issue, steering wheel shaking and what they told me was unprofessional. The service manager, April Watkins, told me that i need to find another shop to fix my truck because they wasn't going to fix the alignment/shaking issue. I called corporate and corporate told me to get a diagnosis, so i drove my truck in the service portal and made them diagnosis my truck. Wound up that the third time they road force balanaced my tires that there was another bad tire, second tire in three road force balances. Test drove it and went back. They refused to give me all the paperwork. I refused to answer questions regarding their work. I left, looked over the paperwork i was given and it showed that they just moved three tires around. Don't believe they changed a tire. Went back and challenged the paperwork to one of the service advisors that was present in the room when i test drove it; three service advisors was in Keith Anderson and Jennifer Millers office, all three males. Keith was one of the guys and having an attitude about having to constantly work on my truck. Hunter was the other guy. The other guy, stays in first office and wears a hat all the time, is the guy i was talking to sternuous about the paperwork and he raised his voice and once he did that so did I. He got an attitude and left. The shop foreman, John Seay, came in and tried to explain his nonsense and told me to f**k off, literally, on video. The paperwork given to me is to a 2019 Camry, i have a 2020 Tundra. That was some of the nonsense they were explaining. The shop foreman will test drive your vehicle and keep his ring finger on the steering wheel claiming the truck isn't pulling. If he would have taken his finger of the steering wheel for a second he would have seen my truck pull heavy to the right.They don't care about your safety or your vehicle. My truck is currently getting aligned at Techway Automotive. Alignment is out on the tire that was swapped for front passenger to front driver; tire was supposed to have been replaced, doubt it. They stated my front rotors were warped on the third time i took my truck up there, not the first time they serviced. They literally took money from me on something that really didn't need fixing and sent me on my way without completely fixing my vehicle. A multi-point inspection was not fulfilled as Toyota claims they do during service.

Was told a specific model would be available for test drive and when I arrived it was not. If it was sold before I got there, they could have the decency to call and let me know the vehicle was no longer on the lot. Then you would think they would want to help me find this model. No, they could care less. Lost business from us that day because we bought what we wanted from Montgomery Toyota. They have more selection and actually offer to help find what you are wanting.

Oh no they didn't! I paid for a wiper motor problem that was not fixed. I was told that my mechanic wired the motor wrong and that TofD fixed it. After it stopped working 4 hours later, they said it was because I had installed an after-market motor. Why did they tell me it was "fixed" only to find out that they were wrong in their diagnosis, which I paid for? Just glad that I don't live anywhere near Dothan so I don't have to use that dealership. BOO!

We have purchased multiple vehicles from Toyota of Dothan, both new and used. We have always had excellent service & have been treated as valued customers by sales, finance, and the service departments. The ONE TIME I went to ANOTHER dealership in the area, I got a bad deal on a used car that broke down the day after I purchased it. It was Toyota of Dothan and their service department that helped me get it straightened out. My latest vehicle purchase was a used Jeep Wrangler from Toyota of Dothan. Their price beat what I found online and at other dealerships & the financing process was great. We will continue to go here for our vehicle purchases and service needs.

If you're looking for a new or used Toyota. Goto Enterprise Toyota! We got exactly what we wanted not what the sales person wanted to put us in. And don't even get me started on how rude the people are in the service department at Toyota of Dothan. We went to Toyota of Dothan last summer looking at new Camrys after ours was unexpectedly totaled we told our sales person we wanted another SE in white or silver she then tried to put us in a red LE when we explained we wanted to continue shopping she tried to pressure us with 6 months no payments if we bought today.. We waited and got the exact car we wanted from Enterprise Toyota with zero pressure

I highly recommend Toyota of Dothan! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Sawyer Singletary was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job finding the vehicle i was looking for!

Simply go elsewhere . Cant put it simpler enough for the consumer. Check out Sam's Club pricing and you will see that Dothan Toyota is higher priced from Mobile, Al to Tallahassee , FL. I know because I have dealt with this dealership twice with same results.. Personally I decided to purchase from Marianna , Toyota and Ronnie Allen.. Easy transaction , no high pitched pressure sale and knew up front what the vehicle was going to cost and the trade. So again I encourage anyone in the market for a used or new vehicle to check around.

I had a schedule service on my 2019 Toyota Highlander. It was scheduled for 1230 and I arrived 10 minutes ahead of time because I am respectful of other peoples time. It is now four hours later. It most definitely appears that no consideration is being given for My time . The service is still not finished. There are no issues with my car. I only have 12,000 miles on it so it's a very basic service time. The service manager has come out to apologize but this is not acceptable at all. What I've learned from this is never schedule a service for Monday's and never schedule one after lunch. Be here as soon as you can get lined up in the morning ---maybe then you won't spend over four hours waiting for your car. This is very poor service. If it wasn't that this is a great vehicle this will be enough to make me say I will never buy another Toyota product My name is Murriel Scarborough and I have a cell number of 334-618-2323 if anyone wants to call me about this very unpleasant situation.
