Had an electrical issue with my rv & Jason arrived 1st- realized his truck was a bit too large for my smaller rv- Troy then arrived & got me to a Chrysler dealership. The man who did the work was very ontop of what he was doin. You don't see that to much these days. Definitely my new go to tire shop :) an what I liked most about this shop is they treated my truck with respect. Alot of shops just treat you an your vehicle like just another $ sign. “I called them and asked if they could get a transmission . I was told they should be able to , and the fellow I spoke to , asked me several questions about the one that I have , such as if it's in the truck I said yes Sir . He then asked if could drive it I said yes sir , I don't remember all of the questions but he was really nice and polite really professional like . He did tell me that they wanted to check the transmission out for themselves to see what was going on with it . Wanted me to bring it to them that day but I couldn't I had other things going on .”
“From Florida. Was working in Dothan and got stuck there because my alternator. No problems! They replaced it and also towed me there too from the hotel. This was two years ago.
It’s covered under warranty and having someone check it out now, one of my batteries I got installed somewhere else was placed in weird and I think cause issues with alternator.
I lost my receipt and I just called Jim Whaleys and they’re emailing it so I can still use my warranty.
My past experience shows that companies are typically reluctant to issue new receipts for warranties. Paxton happily sent it with great attitude. Thank you!”
