“My husband and myself were traveling May 10th from Wildwood, Florida with our two large dogs when our car failed to start after stopping for lunch. Full Circle Towing answered my call promptly and arrived within 10 minutes. The young man, (I have forgotten his name)was quick to help diagnose that the starter needed to be replaced. He was concerned for us and our dogs being stranded in 90 degree weather and quickly called a couple of repair shops to find one that could service our car that day. He towed our car plus helped us get BOTH dogs ( each over 100lbs) and us inside the single cab tow truck!! The driver even offered to come back if our car couldn’t get repaired that day and take us to a hotel for the night. What a guy!! We did receive service that day was back on the road within 2 hours. I have never seen such wonderful hospitality we were given that day. Full Circle Towing is top notch!Service: Car towing”

“My car broke down on me in the middle of the highway, made the call for the truck, customer service lady was very polite and got right to dispatching Evan out. He got there pretty quickly loaded up my baby and we got on the road. Let me tell you Evan is a great conversationalist took my mind completely off my broken car with stories and recommendations for places to check out. All in all a great way to end a scrappy day. The man who did the work was very ontop of what he was doin. You don't see that to much these days. “I called them and asked if they could get a transmission . I was told they should be able to , and the fellow I spoke to , asked me several questions about the one that I have , such as if it's in the truck I said yes Sir . He then asked if could drive it I said yes sir , I don't remember all of the questions but he was really nice and polite really professional like . He did tell me that they wanted to check the transmission out for themselves to see what was going on with it . Wanted me to bring it to them that day but I couldn't I had other things going on .”
“From Florida. Was working in Dothan and got stuck there because my alternator. No problems! They replaced it and also towed me there too from the hotel. This was two years ago.
It’s covered under warranty and having someone check it out now, one of my batteries I got installed somewhere else was placed in weird and I think cause issues with alternator.
I lost my receipt and I just called Jim Whaleys and they’re emailing it so I can still use my warranty.
My past experience shows that companies are typically reluctant to issue new receipts for warranties. Paxton happily sent it with great attitude. Thank you!”
