They got my phone back go ringing!! Now if T mobile can hurry up and get those tower's up and running so you will have service from right out of Ashford,AL to Bainbridge,GA that would be nice because when they acquired Sprint there has been no service within a 100 mile or so radius since '20!! Was told they were updating the tower's but I don't think it takes 3 or 4 year's!!

We were completely lied to about service. We're told we needed all kinds of accessories that we did not. Have complained repeatedly about the service and only get excuses. At all cost stay away from Deborah at the Northside store.

We went in to switch my husband from Verizon to T-Mobile as I am already a customer and the young lady that helped us Selena was super nice and helpful! They got him going in less than an hour and very pleased!

I ordered a new iPhone about a week ago and I am a bit technologically inept in my middle age. Took me forever to set it up, and then over the weekend it went crazy after updating and somehow became “unavailable” and disabled. I’ve been to the store 4-5 times over the course of the last week and have been assisted by several people, 4 of whom have been absolutely stellar: Nick, Phylicia, Selah, and Deshon. Selah and Deshon even stayed 20 minutes after closing to help get my phone reactivated tonight, without complaining even once. It seems simple and mundane, but these days, not having a working phone can have huge implications and can be somewhat risky when you’re needing to be home by yourself with small children. I am so thankful for the folks at T-mobile for all of their help over the past week, for having encouraging attitudes (and for encouraging me when my attitude was less than encouraged) and for letting my little one color on sticky notes tonight while my phone was being stubborn to activate. Thank you all for your kindness and great customer service!

I bought a galaxy watch 4 .. it had a manufactured defect .. when I returned the device they took 40 dollars from me .. for their issues .. I am very dissatisfied with this location and t mobile period ..
