Every time I go to the atm for a cash deposit, it’s never working. I have bills that take out automatically and need to deposit the cash. Lobby is always closed when I go because it’s after hours or the weekend. So the atm needs to be fixed.

I’ve been with this bank so long that l know my account number. I went with CB&T when they were across the street from Northside Walmart around early 2005. They gave free ice cream inside. What made me leave Regions to come to this bank was the location, better hours. Then the bank changes its name, then changes the hours, and then closed the bank branch.Quit giving away free ice cream. So then they moved to 84 close to Flowers Hospital. It’s out of the way. They are not open on Saturday either. I ordered a new debit cards and it never showed up in the mail. So now l didn’t have a debit card for at least six months at this bank. So l opened an account at another bank. It’s kinda sad because l really love this bank. I’ve never had anybody work with me about a saving account. My new bank did and l started saving money. But lm sure going to miss this bank because l remember my account number and l can check my balance anytime. The new bank is harder to get to my banking. I’m just used to CB&T. Feels like lm losing a good friend.

This bank is no good at all. I own 2 company's and almost all checks I deposit they will hold. I think I have been with them for almost 8 years and I think I only have had 2 customers checks that bounce long time ago and they still want to hold checks that I deposit. My name is Dave Myers I own north air and I own steamex. This bank is not at all for there customers. I have try and try to stay with them and they just don't care at all that I am a small business owner and can't have checks being held for 7 to 11 days on every check I deposit. So do not go to this bank. I hate moving my stuff over to another bank but I have no choice and I will let as many people as I can to know how they treat people.
