I live in AZ, but needed to buy materials for a flooring install in AL. I am military, but their system is set up to validate the ID in the store. Jim at the Dothan store was beyond helpful in getting this done for me. He also explained products and calculated materials for me. This was not one, but 5 or 6 phone calls and he never once sounded anything but excited to help. These days any help is hard to find, but good help is rare indeed. Thanks, Jim! You're a gem.

Great staff! Extremely helpful.Unfortunately, on price, they can't compete with the Lowes or Home Depot since being bought by Barton's. They will price match by brand, but you can find a cheaper version at the bigger box stores.

Some items listed as in-stock online, but was unable to find them. Associate quickly helped locate item and was out the door about 5 min later. While today was quick, be aware that they have limited staff and usually a line to get help. However the workers have always been helpful.

Excellent pricing and inventory but seriously lacking in sales staff, which cost a star. I believe they're knowledgeable and want to help, but are being pulled in too many directions at once.
