Worst Customer Service I ever seen. They never take any of your items . Askin Retail prices for used items!The guys that work here are total jerks!! They are so rude,they will give you dirty looks.They do not acknowledge you or greet you when you walk in,then you go to the counter and he just comes up ans says what do you want???in a very mean rude deamonor. I do not recommend giving these people any of your bussiness!!! GO anywhere else please!!! Found a very good pawn shop in marianna,fl and also city pawn in Dothan is the best one in dothan,They are very friendly and they want your bussiness unlike these jerks!!! I hope this place goes out of business soon!!!!! ? I could keep writing but my hands getting tired.i wouldn't even give them 1 star but I have to an order to leave a review!

Great customer service and they have a large selection of guns. I came from Georgia and decided to stop by here. I purchased the ATI bulldog shotgun from them. Their price was very good. Will be shopping with them again

The staff @ Super Pawn in Dothan is VERY friendly and helpful! I got a great deal on a new 38 special today...& even though you can't find 38 special ammo anywhere in Dothan, they did make sure I had a box of ammunition to go with my new purchase! Thanks guys~ I absolutely love it!!!

Excellent customer service always have what I'm looking for in a price range that makes me happy. I walked in and two employees were behind the counter watching “the sandlot” on the tv mounted on the wall. I walked over to the gun cases and started looking but after 10 minutes of looking they still hadn’t bothered to walk over and offer me any assistance. They were so focused on the movie they never even spoke to me. I walked out and went to pawn city where they were very friendly. I made multiple purchases and I was glad to spend my money at such a friendly place.
