I purchased a 333G and a Fencon mulch head recently. I personally dealt with Josh Dean which is the sales manager. The process was VERY smooth and EDUCATIONAL. He even took me to the shop to meet the mechanics and get there outlook on most common issues they see caused by operator/lack of maintenance. A few days later, no fault to anyone, we had a mechanical failure. Not only did Josh help me at 7pm(2 hours after he was off), he met me the next day, picked up the part and got it covered 100% and replaced! Any unit, any name can probably do the same thing, but it's the after the sale customer service! To my knowledge there isn't another Josh Dean! At the least give him/them the opportunity to earn your trust along with your business!

Went in to purchase a new Stihl trimmer today, Friday April 21, 2023. The lady at the desk said hello but I was so focused on getting just the right trimmer that I walked right past her. I did apologize for not acknowledging her greeting as I was leaving. I spent at least 10 minutes looking at string trimmers and was ready to purchase one. The only thing that kept me from making a purchase was the apparent lack interest shown by any employee other than the nice lady at the front desk. I guess I didn't present myself as being a legitimate customer.

I mainly go in to buy my son toy trucks because they have to the best ones but my husband goes in quite a bit and buys a lot of stuff there and he is always extremely happy with everything he buys there

Was on my way from Central FL to Tennessee and went through a bad storm and a result was a broken glass in my john deere 5075 e, these guys had the parts and knowledge to get me fixed and on the road again. Thank you John deere Dothan

This dothan parts department is top notch. These guys rock. The service department is pretty horrible though. Might as well let a 6 year old with a wrench set be a mechanic. Lawrence is very unprofessional.

I called down here to dothan. I spoke to jobe on the phone about a belt tensioner. He assured me he sat it on the counter for me I explained that I was coming from Atlanta. He was in a bug rush to get off the phone with me saying he had more to worry about. I drove down the next day from Atlanta with the part to not be pulled and Justin couldn't find it anywhere. Mr. Justin was very nice(nothing bad I can say on his part) but jobe is a horrible team member for yall.How can you run a business like this. It's ashame!
