Ur tv commercials are a Lie and miss leading. T mobile has better Internet than urs. Ohh u can take t mobile internet box with u guess what spectrum u can't and spectrum still sucks. Slow speed. And bad slow downs and constantly buffering done had it. Never again

Great Mobile, internet, and customer service. I had T-Mobile, which was way overpriced. What I got with T-Mobile was spam calls and messages along with high prices!

If I could I would leave 0 stars. They double charged us for 6 months and then will do nothing to refund or credit us. Crooks. Fraudsters. Customer service is a joke. Watch your bill every month.

Two days in a row, August 1 and 2, in which a repair tech was to fix an issue.Day 1...Tech apparently called out sick but Spectrum Dispatch didn't think to call and advise customers of the situation. If I didn't call , past appointment time, would have never know.Day 2...Dispatcher calls in the morning to make a new appointment. Dispatcher offers 4-5 as appointment time. She states, "Tech has 3 new installs then will get to you."At 1650, I get a call saying tech is on the way and a text to track. Tech starts heading in opposite direction.I later find out that dispatcher pulled my appointment, at 1655, and sends tech to another. As that job ends, tech is notified to respond to the 1600-1700 job...my service call, at 1845 hours.Good luck to those who work at Spectrum and to customers waiting for service...

Absolutely awful phone and internet experience here at my business location. Random outages, sometimes all day long. As I type I am using my hotspot for connectivity because Spectrum is out again. The ONLY thing good I can say about Spectrum is that they are better than AT&T but that is HARDLY a compliment.

They stole my payment after 2 weeks have went by say they was investing were my money went and I get a bank statement emailed to me they told me 'spectrum'I had to wait another week..so I paid an 100$ On my bill I haven't received credit on it I just got an email saying my bill is 400 and something due by the 11th.wow never imagined getting RIP off by a cable company..wow smh this is sad...

(Updated. Current review of todays visit below this original review.)Ever since the takeover, the lines go out the door regardless of when you show up. So if you want to pay a bill and can find a way to do it online, it's probably your best bet. sometimes you might get lucky and be in and out, but over the last 7 months, it's been a wait time of no less than a half hour or more in line to speak to one of the usually 2 people they have doing customer service. If you are headed here for any reason, make sure you've stocked up on patience.Update: 7/13/2020The new store location is brilliant. The staff is amazingly helpful, the parking plentiful, and you don't have to worry about lines, as there's plenty of places to sit and be comfortable while you wait. (If you have to wait at all.)I am very amazed and truly happy with all of these changes spectrum has made that are geared toward making the spectrum store experience far better than what Dothan is used to. Well done spectrum.

Spectrum is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I recently moved to a new home and instead of being honest with me and telling me they don’t service the area, they kept making appointments and sending techs out and stalling just to sign me up as a customer. Long story short, it’s been two weeks without internet and now the company that does service the area says it will be another 3 weeks until they can service our home. If spectrum had been honest with me from the beginning, I could’ve been on my last week of waiting. Very very poorly run. I’m so disappointed.

Will never use Spectrum again. They do nothing but steal your money and lie . There is nothing to watch but reruns. They jack the bill up so high and are more concerned with trying to sign you up for spectrum mobile. Better off to go with another company. Charge you for the whole month even if you disconnect after 8 days into the billing cycle. RIP OFF

Its not this store in particular but the company as a whole. They service half of my neighborhood, and said they could service my house and they sent the wrong people the first 2 days then kept canceling at 5 pm for the rest of the week . Most unreliable, and incompetent company I've ever done business with and will never do business again with them.

Internet goes out constantly. People have been out several times, can't seem to find an issue. Can't wait to move so I don't have to deal with Spectrum.
