The specialist we dealt with made the whole experience a pleasant one. If you go by ask for Zac... He's professional, yet very relatable. Nice experience. As a Verizon patron, that experience makes me strongly consider switching company's.

Jana was so patient with my husband and spent all the time needed to get his phone back in working order. He made two trips to Dothan and she helped him both times. She went above and beyond to make sure his phone was working when multiple problems occurred. Excellent customer service.

Marq worked diligently for two consecutive days to fight the battle with AT&T to get our phones unlocked. Treyvun was also awesome setting everything up to start with.

Justin is THE BOMB! Our remote quit working and we were panicking (cause, football, duh). We walked in, explained what happened, and no questions asked he whipped out a remote and got us on our way! 10/10 would work with Justin every time!

great experience when purchasing my phone, however i went to pay my bill in store because it never came out of my account. when doing so i was double charged because the auto draft finally came out. next time around im setting up my grandmother a line and we use her card to do so. we were told our cards would be switched back to mine being primary. it was not. it took money off of my grandmothers card when it was supposed to be mine. this issue would’ve never happened if it were switched back at the time we were told it was going to be. overall decent store, nice people, just could be better at communicating when things are going to be done/how they are done.

I had a very good first time experience at this location today. Zac was my specialist and he was awesome. He made sure he told me everything I needed to know and answered any questions I had. I was able to walk out with internet. I definitely recommend going to this location and see Zac for your help.
