They were wonderful! My dachshund had a bulging disk in his neck. Surgery was our only option. Dr Martin is amazing!

Our furbaby Isaac was referred to SRVS/Dr. Martin, due to a mass cell tumor on his abdomen. From our initial assessment appointment through the post op stage, SRVS and the support staff treated Isaac and us (parents) with respect, compassion, and professionalism from start to finish. SRVS made us feel like Isaac’s well being and quality of life following the procedure was the #1 priority. SRVS communicated with us during the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and that Isaac would receive the care he deserved to the best of their ability. Dr. Martin was thorough with the procedure he performed and communicated the details with us. Mrs. Nancy in the front office did great following up with us and making sure appointments were scheduled and followed through. If you care about your furbaby like we do, I would highly recommend SRVS.

We were so pleased with the care we received at SRVS. Every single team member was so kind, helpful and made a stressful experience so smooth. Thank you to Dr. Martin, Nancy, and Rebecca for all you did for us and our sweet girl Sadie!

Dr Martin is amazing! He did the TTA surgery on our two year old lab and we felt so confident in him! We could tell that Indy was so comfortable with him too and Dr Martin made us feel completely at ease! His staff were amazing too. We called the night staff to check in on our pup overnight and they were so responsive and took great care of our baby.

SRVS took really great care of my baby after she got run over by a car. Dr. Martin and his staff are extremely friendly. Dr. Martin also had a very long intensive operation on my dog which I am very grateful how much time he spent on her in surgery to get her better. I called his office several times after surgery with questions and concerns that I had about post operative care and they were not annoyed at all with my many calls and very prompt on getting a response back to me if they needed to ask the doctor. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their services. Thank you Dr. Martin & Staff!

Dr. Martin saved 2 of my German Shepherds. Saber’s picture was in the lobby for a long time if not still there. He had a massive blood clot the size of a milk jug. Dr. Martin said it was the second biggest he had ever seen. He gave us 2 more years with Saber. We lost him at age 14.

If your pet has cancer, do both of yourselves a favor and ask your vet for a referral to Auburn or get a self-referral there.

Dr. Martin and his staff is outstanding. My baby has had several surgeries there. Everything was explained and very successful surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Martin!

I had an overall good experience here my dog had a broken jaw and i was recommended by my regular vet to have the surgery done here the staff was awesome friendly and inviting and Dr.martin done a great job on the surgery BUT he can be rudely blunt i was concerned about how my dogs mouth would heal he said that "my dog would have a disfigurement in his mouth and it is what it is if im not satisfied with the results to find another vet clinic" in my opinion he could take more in consideration of pet owners concern& questions. I love an upfront person but its not what you say but how you say it besides the interaction with Dr.martin i would definitely recommend anyone to bring their fur babies here for treatment.

My 3-year old mastiff mix, Lola, had a torn Cranial Cruciate ligament last year repaired with a Tibial Tuberosity Advancement (TTA). The vet techs were very friendly and took care of Lola well. Dr. Martin was courteous and professional and answered our questions. Lola runs and plays now with no problems, highly recommend

The entire staff were so caring and supportive after my Sammy passed away post surgery. They did everything possible to ease his suffering, and I am more grateful than words can express. It meant the world to be treated so empathically, after such a personal tragedy. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

They took us seriously wether or not the situation was serious for our kitten and communicated with us openly about our kitten at a time of what we thought was an emergency. She happily dealt with my "google doctoring" questions and happily communicated specific advice and concerns for our kittens health. I feel better knowing they are available for emergencies.

Southeast Alabama is extremely fortunate to have such a facility and one of the best veterinarians it has been my pleasure to know: Dr. Robert Martin. After some cruel person abandoned a sick cat and it made its way to my yard, I had to make my way to Dr. Martin. The poor little darling Marilyn Monroe was born with a terrible disorder that had her overeating, followed by projective vomiting. She is a midget of a kitty cat due to the lack of nourishment. I was fearful that she could not be saved but after a simple description from me, Dr. Martin immediately knew the problem. After running the appropriate tests, sure enough, he was right -- yesterday Marilyn Monroe underwent the operation to solve her problem and save her life. Tonight she is home and happy. Without Dr. Martin's years of expertise, I am not sure Miss Marilyn could have been saved. I am happy. Marilyn Monroe is happy. The world is good again. Thanks, Dr. Martin. Your impressive skills are certainly appreciated by this client and her sweet kitty kat. To everyone out there, if you have an unusual health problem with a pet, Dr. Martin is certainly the man to see.
