“From the moment I walked through the doors, I enjoyed my running shoe purchasing experience at “Love 2 Run”. I found the store to be incredibly clean and well laid out. Additionally, I enjoyed the mural at the entrance which included ACOM, my medical school. Also, it smelt really nice when we first walked in so whoever is on candle/essential oil duty at the store is doing a grade A job.Ethan, one of the star employees, made this shoe experience easy and fun. Ethan helped me measure my feet and emailed me a copy of my feet dimensions. I mentioned to him a few shoes I’ve tried and failed at as well as a few shoes I had in mind. Right off the bat, Ethan was quick to make the right choice for me despite my indecisiveness. He told me that the Brooks Ghost Max were going to be the right fit for my feet and for the purpose of why I needed to use these shoes. Although he had his mind made up, he happily continued to humor me by letting me try on 4 other pairs of shoes.Ethan pointed out that I could run in the Brooks Ghost Max before I left the store so I hopped on the treadmill that they have in the back of the store and ran a half mile to be really sure. Ethan was even kind enough to offer me a few running tips!Love 2 Run offers a military discount as well. I happily bought my shoes and was informed that they do have a return policy if I end up not liking them, which made me feel much easier about my decision since I just had to return the On Cloud Cloudmonster 1’s that I bought from On Cloud’s website after 2 days of use because they hurt my toes.Ethan was awesome and I enjoyed my experience at “Love 2 Run”, I hope to go back the next time I’m in town and need another pair! Highly recommended!”

She brought out a few options that would be suitable for my son's outfit. And BOOM..she got a sale. There was another employee, maybe Emily? She was GREAT as well!! Never shopped here before tonight!!! Thk u ladies for a great shopping experience.”

My Grandmother and I took my 2 kids (11 year old girl & 7 year old boy) the other day to find school shoes. I know I was getting a late start and everything was already picked over we didn't have any trouble finding our girl a pair of size 9 women nikes that are super cute it could have been that we was in a rush but they didn't really seem to have as much of a selection for the boy.”
“They are my go to shoe store. Better prices than department stores, competitive with Amazon and Shoe Carnival. Good selection but they are so busy they sell out of popular items. Don't miss their big sales. Great way to save $$$$$”
“Took a pair of boots in that had a rubber sole that had dry rotted. The owner was very nice and laid out all options I had available for repair. He gave estimates as well and the repair was going to be pricey enough he gave his honest opinion that the repair was likely not worth it. I appreciated his honesty instead of trying to push a sale. I will be back if I ever need any shoe repair.”
“Fun place to shop but service was non-existent. 7 people in line, only one person checking us out. No one around to help. 20 minutes to check out. Not friendly, not sympathetic to waiting customers, sad.”
