“Upon entering the business Elijah greeted me and very helpful . The office was clean , very well lighted up. Elijah was knowledgeable on his job going over the paperwork he was fast in helping us get on our way with the move into our storage unit. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend Storage Rental Of America on 2717 Ross Clark Circle in Dothan. The price of the unit was very fair and was clean we did not have too sweep it before moving into the unit. Thanks The Coles”
“Kelly was fantastic! When we arrived she was just getting ready to leave for lunch. It had been a busy day and it was her first chance to take a break at 3PM. We suggested we'd come back later but she insisted taking care of us which she did very well. Our needs changed as we sold our house a lot faster than we anticipated and we needed a second unit. She again was very helpful, pleasant and she was able to assign us the unit right beside our other one. Love this place and Kelly. She is amazing.”

“Decent storage place. I’ve never really had a problem there. The gate works like it’s supposed to and it’s never really busy. I usually am there with maybe one other car at a time. It does have its share of critters though.”
“Grant and his wife did an above excellent job they were caring and supportive made me smile an laugh I truly enjoy them I really need that kindness I had firefights kicked in my bedroom door screaming fire I was in a deep sleep from pure exhaustion I awoke went to climb out of bed only for my feet to land on the floor in deep water thank God no fire but unfortunately the fire alarm sprinkle unknown cause went off flooding my whole apartment everything I had was soaked in water I took a huge loss and I'm temporarily homeless well my apartments getting repaired thank God my mom and stepdad are letting my husband three black cats an myself stay a few days till we hear from the insurance adjuster which is going to take a few days I'm grateful for my mom but I'm a mess all my clothes are ruined I'm broke my jacket got ruined I have no jacket it's cold I have a black bath robe I wore tget the uhaul that we needed cause we had to move everything out of the apartment Grant was so nice to me he didn't judge me for looking a total mess he took good care of us God bless him he deserves an award and a ride grants wife too I'm sorry I'm bad with names there should be more people in this world like them I appreciate how caring they were about my situation so understanding thank you to Grant and his beautiful wife for giving my husband and myself the best service I will recommend uhaul to everyone I know and everyone to my church harvest in Dothan thank God for Grant and his lovely wife uhaul you have the best employees thank you uhaulim so grateful for your help”
