My Mom just had the WORST customer service (Automotive/Tire) she's ever had. Spent $1000 to have their employees not only be rude and inconsiderate but even forgot about her car. The so called manager on duty was of no help what so ever. I don't complain, you can look at my review history and see that, but their actions, or lack thereof, and disregarding attitudes are unacceptable. If she could have made it to the Sam's in Tuscaloosa I know she would've had a much better experience. If the employees hate their jobs that much there are plenty of other places hiring.....or move over to stocking or shipping where they'll have minimal customer interaction.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. Do not use Sam's Club to purchase new tires.This started about 12 days ago. We went to the tire center to see about getting some new tires for my car. When we got to the tire center, there was no one at the counter. Looking around in the tire center, I was unable to find anyone. After getting the attention of another employee in a different department, we were finally able to get someone from the tire center to help us.We were informed that they did not have the tire size that I needed in stock at the moment, and they would need to order them. We were informed that it would arrive in about 6 days, and we would receive a phone call once the tires came in. A full week went by and we did receive any phone calls. We decided to drive down to Sam's club to find out what was going on.Again, when arriving at the tire center, we had the same experience. No employees around. After about 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally came to assist us. It was then that we learned that the tires that were ordered had already came in and no one decided to let us know. We scheduled an appointment to have the tires installed for Saturday at 12:00PM.It is now Saturday, and again we are greeted with the same experience as before. Not a single employee at the tire center to assist us. After waiting about 20 minutes, I ended up having to go searching other departments for assistance again.Finally, I was able to hand my keys over to have my tires installed. I was informed that the process will take anywhere from an hour to an hour and half. I came back to the tire center after an hour and was able to see through the window that they were currently working on my car. I decided to come back after 30 more minutes.Again, I am greeted with the same lack of service. Not a single tire center employee to be seen. I look through the window and see that my car is no longer in there. I assume that my vehicle is ready. I head towards the counter where I paid for the tires, and to my horror, I see my car keys LEFT OUT COMPLETELY IN THE OPEN, UNATTENDED. Anyone could have come up and taken my car keys, and since my keys have a fob on it, it would not take that person long to figure out which car was mine.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.We spoke with a manager about it, and found out that this is not the first time an incident like this has happened.Do NOT use Sam's Club tire services.

Whatever you do… do NOT do pick up at this Sam’s. The first time I did it I waited 45 minutes and said maybe they were just having a busy day. Today I am sitting here waiting for 30 minutes as I am typing. People who have pulled up after me have gotten their orders. When I asked when I’m next the worker says I will be next but I’m not. Won’t make this mistake again.

I have never left a bad review on anything however making a mistake is OK but not trying to fix it is not. I ordered a cake that was going to be for a teen boys birthday party reviewing my cake order with two other worker before leaving I was going to pick up my cake order and received a cake that did not look like what I ordered at all. It looked like a gender reveal cake, seeming confused I asked to speak with the Bakery worker in charge his response was that I filled out the paper and that’s what I ordered mind you I reviewed my order with two other workers and they filled out the paper order I have worked in a bakery before we do not fill out any Bakery orders. I do not recommend this bakery.

Many empty meat coolers and very few frozen vegetables. Store was busy, but staff was hustling to get customers through the lines. There was an acceptable but limited selection of meats. Again, my biggest complaint was the non existent selection of frozen vegetables. I assume it has something to do with seasonality???

This is in regards to the tire and auto center. Avoid them. Take a quote to a competitor for matched pricing on similar tire. They do not honor the milage warranty without hassle and forgot to balance my latest tire. This is after having me come back he next day to pick it up when it wasn't ready when promised.

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy . Usually shop at the Panama City location but had to go to the Dothan location . We did the scan and shop . I don't mind being checked or my items being scanned but I do mind a racist Indian who doesn't speak a lick of English try and tell me I didn't scan an item when it shows on my phone I did . And, learn to speak English if you are trying to work with customers .

Placed online order and went to pick it up and the items were not pulled. There was only one employee working pick-up orders. I talked with the manager and she seemed to dismiss my concerns. She just pointed to the employee that was handling the pick-up orders. This has happened to me twice.

Too many self checkouts now. I see people working stocking shelves and bringing buggies in ECT... However most of my visits there I've noticed management sitting in the food court instead of helping the very few cashiers they have on duty.

My order pick up time was 11-12. I was at sams at 11:15. My order was not ready. At 11:33 I chatted with a sams representative on the app my order still wasn’t ready and was told sams was a little behind they offered me a $10 gift card for my wait. I had Walmart groceries in the truck and was worried they would spoil. Talked to an order picker at 11:40 and was going to put a rush on my order. At 12:27 talked to another representative on the app my order still wasn’t ready and I couldn’t get a time when it was going to be ready. I also told Sasha I was worried about my groceries from Walmart going bad. All she said was she was sorry and if there was a different problem she could help me with. I said she was no help and the conversation was ended. At 12:44 they finally brought out my sams order. When I got home all my frozen was mushy and completely defrosted. My cold items was warm. Know I’m out of $157.21 I spent at Walmart. With groceries so high and barely can afford that in groceries for my family. No one offered to refund what I lost. I will never do grocery pick up again. I recommend thinking before you do grocery pick up it’s easier to go inside and get your items. Now I have to figure out how to feed my two 12 year old boys and my husband.

We stood in line for customer's who were having to check out their own purchases to load their purchases in carts, pay.... The whole time while Sam's employees watched... As if "hands off". There were a few manned check outs, but the majority are self-checkout.Clean facility for the most part.Terrible parking and traffic situation.

It's a good location.Well stocked, organized, however its always busy so I can't say there is a leisurely shopping time.

Fantastic location that has fresh products and is very clean. The staff has been wonderful and the aisles are always extremely organized.
