Worst experience with Safelite ever. My husband stopped in the Dothan store yesterday to get a stone chip fixed. They refused to confirm his insurance with State Farm in the store, and instead gave him a toll-free number to call. He talked to yet another Safelite representative, a conversation that took at least 15 minutes and included a sales pitch for add-on services - $140 for new wipers and his windshield treated with RainX. It doesn’t end there. My husband made an appointment for the repair this morning at our home. Safelite asked if we had a garage in case of bad weather. Yes we do. However, we have to move several items for his truck to fit in our garage and my husband has a broken back. The weather forecast was correct - sunny and dry weather this morning, so no problem. WRONG. The technician tells us THIS MORNING on his way here, that the repair HAS to be done in the shade, otherwise they won’t warranty the repair. So my husband had to meet the Technician at a different location. We are DONE with Safelite.

Had an issue initially, but they fixed me up and took care of me. Only took em an hour to do my windshield at my work place, and it looks great. Definitely appreciated.

DON'T GO HERE! I trusted them, their repair work, and the "warranty" they post on their web page. Now that the repair has failed they're telling me I have to pay another deductible to get it replaced!

I stopped at the Dothan Safelite Shop because after their mobile windshield installer did my car, the windshield washer stopped spraying. They looked up my information and were able to fix the problem in less than 20 minutes. I was so happy and they were very courteous and nice about it. I am very satisfied with Safelite's customer care.

Your site makes it too hard to get a quote for a possible repair. I already uploaded my pictures of my 2021 Tundra and it automatically goes to replace only, not repair, and nothing about the possible cost of that replacement. That is unethical! There is no human customer representative picking up the phone when you call your business site. I do not want to talk to a machine about my repair. I will take my business to a company that still has the human touch of taking care of its costumer.

Christian worked on my window this morning and he did a fantastic job! He was incredibly helpful and nice even when working in the 90 degree heat. My windshield looks great!

Came to my house with plenty of notice, replaced my cracked windshield and made sure the leak left by the previous non-safelite repair was sealed this time. Very professional, job was done to high standard of quality and precision. This tech was an ace!

Made our appt a week prior , 9:30 am. They said they had to take walk ins , my vehicle was not ready until they closed . I have a 4 hour drive ahead of me. IMO that's not good customer service. Also after a few hours my review mirror came off . (I have a new model vehicle, so it was hanging by the wires ??♀️)Once again , I tried to reach customer service to no avail, I would have rather kept my cracked windshield .

I tried not to leave a negative review because the lady was so nice and they were available on Saturday but there were too many other problems to get my lawyer involved with:
1. They dented in and scratched my rocker panel under the driver door.
2. My car has a glass roof that goes up to the windshield and when they removed the windshield, the tool they used chipped the edge of the glass roof top.
3. They gouged into the side pillar down along the windshield down into the paint and into the metal and didn't let me know. I showed the lady and her fix was "we'll get you some touch-up paint".
4. I noticed after I left was when opening the door it popped open real hard and I had to slam the door to get it closed. When I looked down the door insulation inside the jam running up to the windshield wasn't in place. I had to work hard to get it back in place properly around all the metal.
5. I noticed a hole in the fabric trim on the passenger side next to the windshield.
6. They took my tools and emergency tire repair kit out of my front storage area and didn't put them back. I hope they're not stolen and just sitting in their shop.
7. They disconnected the hoses for the washer fluid so instead of being able to clean my windshield the fluid was going all over the road.
8. There were black fingerprints, probably from the glue they used, all around inside.
The glass was installed good but apparently they don't have anyone to make sure everything got finished and put back together correctly. I definitely won't used them again.
