No stars. I had to choose 1 star to post. The pharmacy workers are rude and can't fill a prescription they've had since 4:00 until the next day. I'll be going back to Walgreens.

Every interaction I have had with this pharmacy is terrible. One of the pharmacy techs (I wish I had her name) always has a horrible attitude and smarts off answers to the customers even when the customer is just asking a question. I have requested my prescriptions to be changed to another publix location multiple times through the app and they keep getting filled here.

This place has gone downhill fast. The last several times I’ve had a prescription filled, I’ve had to call and micromanage them to get it filled. Today, I called them at 4:30 to ask about getting a prescription filled same day and they told me it would be an hour. Fast forward 4 hours later and they won’t answer the phone, just hang up after one ring.

so i ended up in the hospital yesterday with pneumonia. and of course they gave me scripts. said scripts all together was looking like i would end up paying between 100 to 120 bucks that i don't have to obtain the medication that i need to cure me of pneumonia which with the meds the pneumonia could get worse and possible cause even more harm. this team at this Publix is marvelous as they scoured their system and found me every deal they could i had 40 bucks and no gas in the car i was able to get my meds and get enough gas to return home. thank you guys you are true heroes and life savers

You can never get anyone on the phone and everyone seems to have a bad attitude. They used to be my favorite pharmacy but idk what happened they have gone down hill and I will be finding a new pharmacy

What a great team here! As busy as they stay, they are always polite and helpful. I especially want to acknowledge Sommer. This young man is a rising star anywhere he goes. He always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude to match. Way to go Publix Cottonwood Corners!

I never take the time to write bad reviews but this pharmacy is an actual joke. The people are beyond rude for no reason whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Now I know why this pharmacy is making the news on how terrible they are. If you need a prescription, DONT call it in to this location. It was called in yesterday and I call this evening and “there’s 400 in the cue ahead of yours” we will get to it when we can we’re short handed

Rude, unprofessional and shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. Filing a report w/ your corporate office. I work in customer service and the things yall do once u know ur mgr is gone is defo going to be reported thoroughly. It’s a shame I have to swap to a pharmacy across the city because you guys hate ur job so much. Boo hoo YOU. If you don’t like people go be a fisherman or a truck driver. Two professions you don’t need social skills for. Very nice touch answering the phone and slamming it on the hook. Really adds the cherry on top of the trash customer service.

At first, we liked the convenience of the app and proximity to our house, but that is not worth it if the medication cannot be filled in a timely manner. We now drive across town, because it’s quicker to do that than wait on this pharmacy.

The associates that work in the pharmacy at cottonwood corners are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with, if they don’t like dealing with the public they need to get another job.

The last 2 times my prescriptions were sent in early one is ready the other 2 are still processing, when I call they say we haven't gotten to them yet but you filled one why not the other 2. This used to be a good place to get prescriptions not any more.
