Horrible experience from the moment we got there. Both mine & my friends pedicures were rushed even though no one else was in there. Neither of the people doing our pedicures asked us any questions like what kind of pedicure we wanted or if we wanted our toenails shaped or cut down.. we wanted a real good scrub and they barely did anything.. we still have calluses on our feet. My toes looked decent enough but there was still old red polish that you can see from when I painted them myself. She didn’t even completely cover my toes with the polish there were alot of spots you can still see my nail in. My friends polish looked like the guy didn’t even try. He didn’t shape hers or file. Overall just not good. Not professional. Definitely won’t be going back.

Lesson to be learned, know your limits. I like to think I'm fairly nice about getting my nails done, especially when they're not my regular salon, but this was disappointing. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because they didn't nick my nail beds. However, I went in asking for dip and the design picture up top. I said if it was too complicated that I was fine with a solid color but she seemed fairly confident she could do it, so I let her go ahead and try the design. First mistake was not letting my previous dip soak off. Instead she got a nail tip and scrapped under the dip to remove it. OUCH! Second was he then putting on new tips and putting ACRYLIC ON WHEN I ASKED FOR DIP!! Then after a putting acrylic over the newly applied tip, she then proceeded to put dip power to make the ombré color. At first she just showed me the light blue glitter, but then she proceeded to improvise and put dark blue dip over the glitter, then a neutral, and then glitter, and then acrylic again. Then after applying the multiple layers of dip then acrylic then dip etc etc she forgot to make sure the lengths were the same. She then chipped away and the ends to even them out. OUCH AGAIN! Then she shaped the nails. BUT THEN, she put a clear layer of gel, patted glitter on with glitter polish, then more dark blue dip powder. The nails were not smoothed out at the end. All in all so disappointing and was SUPER RUSHED. It was obvious half way through she stopped caring whether she was doing quality work or not. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Again, the stylist should've known her limits and told me she couldn't do the design I showed her because there's nothing worse than someone saying one thing and giving up half way through.

Horrible dirty ugly nails. Was using house mail as a work station. Worker soaking feet in pedicure bowl. Other working eating lunch like it was a buffet. Too lazy to even add gel

I got my nails done ONCE from this place. The customer service was horrible. The shape of my nails were horrible and the gel polish peeled completely off my thumb nail due to the lady putting too many layers on and not ensuring they were fully cured. Originally I wasn’t going to post a review because I typically just never return if the service is that bad. However, I developed green nail syndrome!! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I EVER had green nail syndrome!! This is due to not laying the acrylic properly and not cleaning tools (because yes, it can be passed from client to client)!!!! I’m so beyond annoyed! How this place is still in business is BEYOND ME. If you are looking to get your nails done safely without the worry of getting a nail fungus, go look elsewhere.

I came here for a simple gel polish change. The salon was so dirty that if I had wanted a pedicure, I would have left. I decided to stay since it was just a polish change. I had to keep pointing out my nails that were uneven as she was prepping them and got a messy polish look in the end.Service: Nail polish changes

My sister and I visited based on my past experiences being wonderful however this visit not worth it for even half price. Sis’s pedicure was good but her nails look like a blind first year nail tech student did her full set. Very disappointing. So please try to get anyone but the first chair on right…..

this is the rudest most dirty nail location i have ever been to. looks like they live there and the equipment is duck taped together. the worst "massage" ever. he had the longest nails and was scrapping me the whole time he was moving up in down on the sole of my foot. worst! ABSOLUTELY THE F WORST!!!!! disgusting. alabama doesn't have cleanliness laws and standards?

The entire staff was great, with attention to detail all around. This is the first place I have been to, that did not make it feel rushed, made sure not to be rough with nails and cuticles when manicuring, filing, smoothing ect. I will definitely be back!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Nails look nothing like the picture. My nails are uneven, have bumps in them. The man who did my pedicure was amazing, but my acrylic nails are horrible. Nails aren’t the same length, the paint(gel) is already chipping.Services: Pedicure
