Just an awesome visit - staff on all shifts super friendly- made my pizza fresh at 0100. Parking lot odor and trash free. Keep up the GREAT work ??????

Employees that work here are so rude all the time for no reason . Stay rolling eyes just rude for no reason and they are very slow getting people in and out .

Pilot/Flying Js are the only truck stops in America where the shower towels semi-reguarly smell like nasty funk. It happened to me today. As it turns out, I had to evapo-dry. Obviously, there are shortcuts being taken, and I suspect the towels are not being washed, only dried. This is a systemic problem. Pilot/ Flying J, you need to fix this!

This Flying J was pretty good. Bathrooms were pretty clean and the girl working the fuel desk was very nice. Our visit was on 3/4 at 2:51 said clerk 101 on the receipt but I did not catch her name. She is an asset to Flying J.

I came to take a shower, eat and relax after the journey. I was pleasantly impressed! The store is big and clean, the staff is friendly! I paid special attention to the shower - it was very clean, leaving a bottle of water really lifted my spirits. Plenty of parking for trucks and vans. I give this place 10 stars out of 5

Stopped for fuel and to grab a quick shower was really impressed with the showers even left a bottle of water on top of the towel a small gesture but really appreciated

I love the different choices of food at Flying J. The bathroom is clean and the employees are friendly. Sometimes there is no spaces for trucks to park if you get there too late but overall I had a great time

I don’t think pilot got the memo that inflation is going down. They have increased their prices even more. Nothing like taking advantage of truckers.

I have been trying for a 1 1/2 months to get my rewards card to work and still doesn’t unload points or let me use my points to buy anything have had to call every time I fuel to get points put on but still can’t use them
