John (@Mr. Mattress) was very nice and knowledgeable, but not pushy. I appreciate his patience answering all my questions! They delivered the NEXT day for free and the delivery guys were great also. I would recommend checking them out! Last night was my 1st night on my new mattress and it was great!

Mr. Mattress Superstore has the best customer service in Dothan. Mrs. Tonya was very friendly, nice and professional . I would highly recommend this location to individuals ,that are looking for a great deal, and great attitude to match!!

This is my 2nd purchase from Mr. Mattress within the year. They have an experienced and friendly sales team and prompt, free delivery. The delivery team was courteous and professional. They called a day ahead to confirm delivery time and arrived right on schedule. It’s nice to be on the receiving end of great customer service. Job well done Mr. Mattress!

We just bought two new beds from Jim at the Enterprise store. I cannot say enough about how friendly & helpful he was, not to mention how much money he saved us. We have been on the search for the perfect mattress for our youngest daughter’s bedroom. We walked into Mr Mattress and immediately we were greeted with a friendly smile and a Hello by John. He was eager to help us find the best mattress for our daughter in the price range we had set. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the different kinds of mattresses and we are very pleased with our purchase. The facility was clean and they delivered our mattress and hauled off our old mattress for such a small fee. We will use John at Mr Mattress again.
