There have been some really helpful employees and there have been some really unhelpful employees. My service sucks in a lot of areas too. If you have the credit or money I suggest real TMobile. Metro works for what it is though

Always knowledgeable, helpful, delightful staff. No forceful sales pitches. They are wonderful teachers but I still miss my cordless phone!?
