Using the service is wonderful but the way they handle business is not good it shouldn't cause arm and a leg for the upgrade especially if you've been there 14 years and they forever giving you the run-around

Learned a lot from this visit.... If they charge you a late charge their lying!! There is no late charge! Thank you to the lady that always helps me out I appreciate you!!!
