My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Dothan. Jeremy and Teresa were both extremely helpful and kind. We also enjoyed working with Matthew on the paper end. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Teresa Walker provided us with great salesmanship. She was courteous and helpful to us with all the questions we asked. I recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I had not decided to buy a car but was just looking but the information she gave me about the car and the dealership and the way she expressed it, influenced my purchase.

Teresa Brady walker was close with my dad as they worked together before he passed and when I went back to buy my first car she had the best service and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! She made sure everything was easy but still perfect!!

Amazing!!! When I tell you the service was outstanding I mean it!!! Teresa Brady Walker and Jeremy Frazier went over and beyond to get us into the vehicle that we wanted.. The patience and service was immaculate from the time we entered the building until the time we drove away on our new vehicle… I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a new vehicle to go see them over at Mercedes-Benz of Dothan trust me you will not be disappointed!!!!

Our recent purchasing experience was very good. Not high pressure but Teresa did keep in touch with us, let us drive different things we were interested in and helped us when we came back and were ready. Our past vehicles were Genesis GV70 and Porsche Cayenne, and we were tired of having to drive 2 hours to a dealer which was a big factor in checking out Mercedes. Most negative reviews seem to be service related so we'll have to see how that goes when we need service but up until now it's been a good experience.

In the last six months I purchased two vehicles from Mercedes Dothan. Both vehicles are great!! Brandi Williams went above and beyond to make the process seamless! I did most of the purchase over the phone, she had everything ready for me when I arrived and spent less than 20 minutes at the actual dealership. I will never go to another saleswoman/man again! Brandi is the BEST!!!

Do not under any circumstances trust these people with servicing your vehicle. Do not allow these people to repair your vehicle. If it is in an accident, they will not do it in house. They will send it off and have cut rate work done. Do not under any circumstances allow your Mercedes-Benz that is out of warranty to go anywhere near this dealership, they are wholly incompetent and do not deserve to be called a franchise Mercedes-Benz dealership for the level of service that they offer the loyal Mercedes-Benz client

In May 2024, our experience purchasing a 2024 Mercedes Benz AMG GLE 53 Coupe from Mercedes Benz of Dothan was exceptionally positive. The salesperson assisting us, Travis Weidner, surpassed our expectations in every way.
Travis was not only knowledgeable about all the vehicles in the inventory but also exhibited a friendly attitude and demonstrated great patience in addressing all our inquiries. Our car buying journey has never been as smooth and pleasant as this one, thanks to his expertise. Travis led the purchase process with commendable confidence and a leadership style that could be a blueprint for success for any dealership employee. The sense of teamwork within the dealership was evident, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Can’t believe the disgusting trash they hire. You would think purchasing a luxury vehicle would be a luxury experience, but Jill at the service department made sure to give us the worst service we’ve ever received. If you hate your job, QUIT and stop making other people miserable.
