I made a complaint that was my suit was way too big and that it could’ve been the store that sent it or the Dothan store. Ms. Brittany called me back and explained that they didn’t do the measurements, and then even though her store didn’t make the mistake she was super helpful and fixed and refunded me for a mistake that her store didn’t make it. Very kind and professional and made a not good experience better. Thank you so much.

The very tall young lady was not the least bit interested in helping me buy multiple shirts and sports coats.She didn’t want to help. I was in and out in 7 minutes.Off to someone who will take my money.

The staff is here is absolutely helpful and nice. They helped me get all my measurements and recommended some nice things that would match together. They even tied my tie for me so I would look professional. Thank you guys! I will definitely be back!

Expensive, you need to do as much as you can online, because they will not help you get any discounts in store... just purchased a suit n spent over 400 in store.. Pants n Jacket only... Much cheaper online

Went there with a $400 budget to spend on clothes for a funeral. The staff seemed a bit confused as to how to service me and seemed far more concerned about my open carry firearm than making money. Not going to go into the absolute absurdity of thinking that violent criminals care a bit about signs on doors but whatever. This isn't shocking now that I've seen "LGBTQ friendly" emblazoned on their Google page indicating to everyone proudly that they are far left. They should be relieved to know that they no longer have to worry about my scary firearm nor making half a grand in sales. One star because I couldn't give worse.

Leslie and Brittany are two of the kindest people in Dothan. I've only had good experiences at this store, and I'll keep coming back any time I need another suit. And when I get them tailored, Mary is the only one I trust. The "perfect fit" part of the process is so helpful. Can't wait to see these folks again!

Time For A Raise? ?Mia went above and beyond!Today I had to find a suit for a family wedding coming up soon. Got to admit I was a little anxious and nervous being the last sister out of 5 to be wed! I was Fitted and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Mia got my sizes right the first time and made it super easy! I was very impressed Thank You! I highly recommend this establishment to everyone.
