DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE!! I took my truck in for pulling to the right issue. Jeffery the shop manager, assured me they would take care of it.$951 and 2 weeks later I showed up and picked up my truck, I was told they shimmed the front end but wasn’t sure if it solved the problem, just drive it and let us know, which I did and called Jeffery and told him the issue was not solved. I was told to schedule an appointment so he could have the owner(who has a Knack for fixing these problems) would take a look at it. I scheduled an appointment and told Jeffrey that I really didn’t need my truck to be shut down for 2 weeks again, he assured me that it would not be. Well 22 days later I SHOWED up to find my truck sitting parked with dead batteries and a greasy inside door panel, Once I spoke to Jeffrey he gave me the keys and told me to drive it again and let them know if the issue was solved that they thought there alignment machine was out of calibration. I asked for my original $951 to be refund as my truck was still pulling to the right and they had kept my truck for a total of 5 weeks for the 2 scheduled appointments. Was told by the Owner and Jeffrey that they would not give me any type of refund. This place has no communication with their customers and apparently are incompetent on repairs and will charge you for work that does not fix the issue you brought it in for. Very unprofessional and a complete RIP OFF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They were formally known as Bell Frame and Brake, I’m sure they won’t last to long doing business this way. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!
