Last year after moving into our new home, I bought a washer and dryer from Mack's appliance. Within a couple of weeks or so the dryer stopped heating. It was still under the 30 day warranty for them to either repair or replace it. The owner said he would send another one. If I remember correctly they didn't show up a time or two when they were supposed to in order to deliver the replacement dryer. It was eventually delivered but was a very old rusty one, and not at all like the nicer one I had picked out when I bought them that had different settings on it and looked much better. The delivery guys told me I could replace it when they got another one ready. The one they delivered as the replacement soon started giving me trouble and I called to let them know. The owner was incredibly rude to me everyday that I spoke with him for the next 3 weeks while also continuously lying to me every single day telling me that they were coming the next day to bring me another one, but then would never show up. He's not only rude, but he's also not a man of his word, either.

Honesty!! if you are looking for an appliance. look here first. Mack's appliances had just what I was looking for at a much better price and condition then local used appliance dealers. I purchased a brand new Maytag washer with all the paperwork still attached, never used, it had a small dent at the bottom, that's fine, for the same price as a well used competitors washer, same brand and style with a higher rating, so I went there first. my mistake. Don't you make the same one. Go with your gut folks, if it doesn't feel right walk away. Never trust a curly headed sales man selling appliances out of a storage shed and will not accept credit/debit cards as payment. Trust me, Mack's is the Best Choice in Dothan for used and apparently new appliances. pictures below shows how strong she is working. I don't normally take the time to leave review But Mack's appliances deserves it!!

Purchased a dryer on Wednesday. I was told it would be delivered from 9am-12pm on Thursday. I literally had called off from work that day to wait for my dryer. At 11:43, I called up there to make sure they were still coming. They told me that they lost my paperwork, so I went up there to see what was going on. Whenever I got there, I was told that they found the paperwork, and that the dryer would be there in 30 minutes. I called back about an hour later, because my house is literally down the street from them. I was then told that the dryer didn't work, and they would bring it tomorrow. What!?!?! I actually had to clear out my whole day, for a dryer that never arrived. I requested a refund. They said it would take about 12 hours to get my money back on my card. Well, it's now almost 24 hours later, and still no refund. I will definitely be paying them a visit today. Horrible customer service and poor communication skills. They never have to worry about me shopping there again.UPDATE...They did return my call and offer me a cash refund later that day, which my husband went to pick up.

I have been purchasing used appliances here since 2011. I have been very satisfied with the customer service the owner provides as well as the appliances ranging from washer, dryer and refrigerator i have purchased over the years! I recommend going here for appliances needed at a low cost that last for years is my experience!!
