My husband and I shopped st the Dothan AL. store. My husband was looking for a pair of men’s gloves… He did not find them. We were going to go to another store to try and find them. When checking out, the sales associate, Malikeh asked if we found everything we were looking for? We said, we were looking for gloves… and could not find them. She immediately stopped and took us to the gloves. This way she saved us another trip to another store. Thank you for such great customer service. I ordered a pair of boots for my son for Christmas when he opened the box he loved the boots. Only to find one was a size 12 and one was a size 9. How did this happen .. now I have to drive 30 miles and deal with this at the store and my son has no boots.. not happy

Placed and orderd on 12/12 and says suppose to arrive 12/16-12/19. I just called customer service and was told it hasn't even shipped. This is unacceptable and I am pissed because this item was a Christmas gift

Wow, what has happened to Kohl's? Such disarray! The clothes on the shelves have not been folded or organized in a long time. Clothes were also just thrown over the racks on top of the hanging clothes. Also, when you park in the handicapped area and go in the closest door there are no shopping carts, you have to walk down to the other entrance to get one. Don't know when was the last time that they swept the floor. We were in there for a while and did not have any interaction with anyone. The one worker we saw did not look happy to work there. We went to Beall's and bought clothes there instead.

This Kohl's is not the best one around! It's pretty small, and Sephora seems to be the only thing they care to keep up with in this particular store. The one in Lynn Haven is much bigger and better staffed.
