I’m not one to write reviews, but if you are in need of a tractor being serviced, do not waste your time, energy, money or sanity. Had issues several years ago with a tractor that was being serviced by them. Gave them a second chance with a dealership close by in Marianna…shame on us. Took tractor to Dothan again because Marianna service department was backed up 2-3 weeks & Dothan could get on it in 2-3 days. Speed of service is a big deal for us because we utilize our tractors every day feeding hundreds of dairy cows…this was expressed to service manager prior to taking tractor in. Tractor remained in service department for 10 weeks & main complaint was not even fully addressed or fixed! There was no communication from Kingline’s part throughout duration of ‘servicing’. We had to always initiate calls to check in on progress & were told parts were being ordered, technician was waiting on needed equipment, ‘it should be done within the week’, etc, etc. Finally had to demand that we would be picking up the tractor to be taken somewhere else for servicing. The only thing that was addressed with the problem that we had taken the tractor in for, was that they had hooked up diagnostic equipment to check the PTO pressure & it was indeed low. We knew that & that’s the reason we took the tractor in to be serviced. They did clean out a rodent nest & repair some damaged wiring for a mere $842. According to their service notes, this was done in September after we first dropped off the tractor. Nothing else was done until we complained and wanted the tractor back in late November. They did haul it back to us…so I guess that deserves the 1 star.

UPDATE:Just picked up my Lawn Mower and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome; it was my first time to actually meet Matt in person, since when I had dropped it off quite some time ago, he was out for lunch. He did not even mention anything about price, and when I asked he said “it was submitted under warranty, and will be covered” - and he was very professional; so I asked about looking into riding lawn mowers and he and his associate/salesman told me all I needed to know -will think more about that later, when I am ready to purchase, but of course I will shop around. I also apologized for my confusion on the process, and happy it all worked out. Thanks again!The only downside was the long wait, but I figure it is not their fault, but Toro, who makes the cables, I believe.******************************Why would Honda not want to replace (cheap cables) to honor the Warranty over one year???

I was trying to perform a replacement of the seal on the pto on my ford 3910 and ran into problems getting the old one off . I took the housing in to the service department and the service manager said wait right here . He was back in a few minutes with the new seal on .I would give them a five plus rating. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Took awhile, but the servicedepartment ( Matt et al ) did a great job fixing my New Holland 35. Runs like new!

I was involved in an accident with my tractor? I went in on the 12th and talk to Matt the service manager at the Dothan location about doing an inspection on my workmaster 55. He asked me to bring it the next morning at 7:30. He had his mechanic to do an inspection and I was out the door by 830 and outstanding service department I would give them a five star. Thanks.

I had some issues having a 3rd function installed at another location. My salesman BJ took a call from me and immediately got in contact with Matt in service. Needless to say, but a true 5star experience was given to me. They picked up my tractor, re-worked a botched up install from another facility and delivered it back to me in a very timely manner! Couldn't be happier, thank you gentlemen!! It gives me hope knowing true customer service still exists...

My 1974 Ford 4000 needed a wiring harness, a service, and other misc items. Matt kept me informed of the progress and he and the service team took great care of my tractor. Good to have the old Ford back up and going again.
