“I was wanting to have a piece created in honor of my dad that recently passed. I originally tried Bradshaw's but was told I needed to see the owner who wasn't available that particular day.Being anxious to get my idea in motion, I then when to Strickland's. Initially they were helpful, until I wanted to make a change to the design. After wasting 3 months, I never heard from them again. Must not have been a big enough job I'm guessing...So I then reached back out to Bradshaw's and Mr. Ronny was wonderful to work with. He was very informative and patient though my design changes. He provided me timely updates throughout the process. A month later, I have my ring and I couldn't be any more pleased with how it turned out! Thank you again Mr. Ronny and team!”

I would suggest if you are looking to stop by and check out what they have available. Melissa has been my jeweler for years and is always so courteous to make sure myself and my wife has our needs met. This time she was busy helping other customers and still promptly acknowledged me as Dena came to me to and asked what she can help me with. After a few moments of dealing with my uncertainty and asking about the occasion, Dena pointed me in the right direction and gave me some guidance and offered the different specials and clearances available. The store is in immaculate shape and inventory selection is solid. They make me feel welcome. This team is A++. I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry and men's accessory needs.
