“We went to get my precious little niece’s ears pierced because she really wanted her some earrings. Cordell was our consultant/salesperson. He was very professional yet friendly and patient. He even danced with my niece after having finished the piercing because she wanted to have a dance party. This made her day! She is so proud of her new earrings. Cordell is the person you want to do your piercing.”

I took the ring in and explained the situation and how important the ring was to me. Within minutes, the ring was fixed, resized, and polished. And all for a very fair price compared to big chain stores that would have had to send the ring off. Everyone in the shop was kind and helpful and the ring was brought back to life.
